I despise coming here. I gave it another try since it’s conveniently located however once again it sucks there. I was pleasantly greeted by the female sitting at the front but the guy next to her, Ray, was rude and unprofessional. Once again not my first time here with my service dog. First he asked me loudly while sitting down across the room about my dogs papers. I instructed him that for a service dog the Fl law does not require “papers” for a service dog. He contended that yes they do because a lady brought in papers. I once again told him well I am educating you per theADA please go to the website or ask a police officer. Ray cut me off and said no I don’t want to hear it just next time bring the paper. Mind you this interaction is happening in front of patients in the waiting area and the ones in the back can hear also. I told “Ray” no. Per the law it’s 2 questions you can ask, and that’s it. I am a disabled vet, a black one at that. So Ray decided to speak in Spanish, He wasn’t aware I am fluent in Spanish he began speaking about me and my service dog. I told him he isn’t professional at all I am a medical service provider and I speak Spanish it is rude and unprofessional this is one of the reasons I do not like coming here. His reply was so don’t come here. Again you are rude, insensitive. You are at work and should not talk to patient or clients in that manner. He continued and I stated maybe you can call the police and they can instruct you. I don’t like being in this area let alone this clinic because of the ignorance. In fact this is discrimination against the disabled, I’m a minority I’m black, and I am a military veteran. I will report this. My daughter and I was separated from the rest of clients when we was called back to do vitals and fill out paperwork also. This also triggered some issues with my disability. I rate my experience as a zero, this is discrimination against the disabled, veteran, black, and for language. I as a provider will not ever treat my patients in such a manner.

I don't understand the bad reviews .. this clinic has been our backbone since my son was born. I changed insurances just so I can go there.
I also brought in my mother and also have changed her insurance just to be seen them . Always answering the phones , always following up and on top of all that, they treat you like family.
Don't hesitate to come here .. it's really ugly outside this clinic . Other clinics don't even answer their phones .

Horrible horrible horrible. I've been coming to this clinic since I was born. My son is now 8 years old and since birth he's been coming to this clinic. I am currently sitting in the waiting room because my son has an allergic reaction when I ask for the number of patients in front of me the first time I was told 6. Eventually asking again a different nurse I was told 7 because of the people that just walked in. The lady states that since they're doing physicals, they must go first. Since when have they prioritized physicals over a sick patient. It was the must annoying statement a nurse has ever said to me. The pediatrician is an amazing person, she loves my son to the very end and gives her undivided attention but their system is beyond unprofessional and lack importance of the serious cases.. I plan on changing my clinic and finding one that actually cares. I understand physicals are very important but if there is 1 sick patient out of 10. I would take care of that sick patient first. As a manager you learn to prioritize what's most important to least. Disappointed..

I’ve been making time for month to take my daughter to the clinic and they just denied us without a valid excuse.Additionally one of the nurses handed me the paper overly aggressive.I personally will never be attending this clinic again and i guarantee you,that you won’t either.

Was horrible my experiencie there today. Today is not my first bad day there, but was the last drop in the glass.
Very bad clinic . Two doctors of this clinic was irrespected to me there in two years ago. The bad funcionality has been progresivelly Two doctors , I dont nowk their names , are prepotentes and the first for they is the money, and not you. The exception is Dr Jorge Martinez, he is a beautiful person and a good doctor. But the rest are not lovely , are thinking that they are de coca cola of the desert. The manager or director, he is in control of the money of this place, dont teconoced my rigths. Certainly he think, ejwn I say hem the words of the a primary doctor say me : put you in my place and do the consult, i am the doctor not you" becsuse i pray him that give me atencion first in reference around my pain in tje back and not around other cuestion that was

Yo he ido alli, debido a que siempre hay turno para el mismo dia, pero como dice el refran, lo facil o barato, siempre sale malo o dificil. Un dia fui a mi consulta con El doctor de ortopedia , el cual resulto que es super engreido y nunca me dio la receta de zapatos ortopedicos que no queria hacerme pues me dijo que la plantilla era suficiente.

St John Clinic is the best my mom took us there when we waa little kids and now are kids go there. It doesn't take long and Ray is the most sweets person i now.

I just tried calling as a first time patient on a new health plan and was promptly hung up on, without even so much as a greeting. You only have one time to do that to me. Moving on...
