If I could give them 0 stars I would. This medical office have told me that the hospital wouldn't pre-authorized a MRI or orthopedic if I didn't do 4 weeks of physical therapy but I called the office in Jonesboro and they never said that. And my insurance approved it so these horrible people just won't approve it on their own well. Do not go to this place it's horrible and she will not look past her ego for you or your issues.
