We had a great experience with S&S Water, and we want to specifically thank Jorge for his honesty and professionalism. He came to our house to evaluate our water system, and instead of trying to sell us filters we didn’t need, he explained that our current system was working fine and that we didn’t need any additional filters yet. After I moved into my new house. I have noticed the water in the area is really hard and leaves hard water spots behind. I'm new to the area and didn't know any company here so I went on Google and Jorge and his company S&S Water Solutions showed up. After a phone call we discussed what we needed for the house and the price. Jorge was really nice and professional explained everything and did not pressure me. He explained that for the size of my house we will need a bigger tank otherwise we might feel the pressure drop. And he wouldn't feel comfortable selling the system he doesn't feel confident. After we decided the size of the tank I sent a few pictures of the main water supply into the house. Jorge recommended installing the system in the garage to the longevity of the system. He gave me different options for the outlet. And listen to what I need since I have other plans for that area of the garage. On the installation day he sent me a text and showed up on time. The installation was clean and exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately his partner dropped some of the chemical on my newly done garage floor and left some stains. Jorge showed me the system and explained everything about how it works. Also showed me the stains. He did not try to hide it or runaway. I had the garage floor company come out to fix it. Right after Jorge received the invoice he sent me the money right away. And he called to make sure I received it also made sure the water is good and everything was taken care of. Jorge is a super honest guy I would totally recommend him and will do business with him again in the future.

After researching 4 different water filtration system companies I came across this one and from my first conversation with the staff I was impressed. Their online chat option on the website is very impressive and a great way to get a quick response if you have any questions. The owner is incredible, he genuinely cares for his clients and you can tell how much work he puts into his company. I am very happy I choose this company and invested in having a water filter placed in my home. The water feels softer, i no longer smell Chlorine when i shower and the sink is so much easier to clean now. My experience with Jorge and S&S Water Solutions has been wonderful from start to finish. Jorge is easy to work with and has been professional throughout the entire process.

One of the leading factors in my selection of S&S over anyone else was the fact that Jorge treated my entire house as a system. His concern wasn't just the water treatment equipment, but how that equipment would interact with everything else in the house and he made sure that the work he performed guaranteed the best water quality once the install was complete. This immediately set him above and beyond his competitors.

He also kept a focus on doing the work "right" instead of just getting it done. My house is old and has a number of long-ago DIY quirks that led to a few surprises. Instead of continuing in the path of previous owner hacks, Jorge and his team took the time to install everything properly.

Better Than I Expected.

Within the past few weeks, I’ve called, spoken to, and visited the websites of quite a few water purifications companies; each giving me either astronomical prices or giving me the impression that the work was too much of a hassle to complete. Then I came in contact with Jorge from “S&S Water Solutions”. After one phone call, Jorge came straight to my home, took quick look around and then gave me what I consider to be a fair and reasonable price for the work requested. He installed extensions to my main water pipes (which were located on the opposite side of my garage), Installed the water purifiers inside my garage and cleaned up all within a reasonable time. I often don’t take the time to write reviews, but in this case, I through it was more than appropriate to do so. I’m highly satisfied/ my highest recommendations!!!

Came home to a flooded garage and a blown terminox water treatment terminal. Went a few months with just our kinetico system we had but the iron and sulfer smell is just so bad where we live. Did some research had a few companies come out test the water and give quotes. Jorge the owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. After talking things over with my husband we decided to use S&S Water Solutions. They came on time got straight to work redid all the old piping and cleaned up and took all the old water system tanks with them.
