Over the past 5 months this place has cancelled my appointment twice. (I am a new patient) They offered to put me on a wait list but couldn't give me an appointment with an actual date. Ridiculous. I have lost a filling and need dental care soon. I can't wait on them. This is absolutely the worst service that I have ever had at any dental office. I will find a different dentist but I absolutely will it go to this horrible place and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know about their service.

The dental front desk receptionists are rude, had a appointment and was unaware I had a balance of a few dollars , I explained I forgot my wallet in a rush, the next patient they helped also had a past due balance and proceeded to make fun of me for not paying it, along with the front desk people who were joking about it

I got my son yearly blood work and I received a bill for over 900 dollars. Tried to resolve this issue for over a year. All that needed done was the doctors office needed to change a code so my insurance would cover. Hard to get a hold of anyone and when I did they were rude. The problem still isn't fixed and I will NEVER go back to that office. They don't even deserve one star.

From the front desk thruout the health center to the dental facility I give a 10/10. Dr Bucher and his staff especially are hands down the best in the business. Even if my insurance didn't except them in network I would still go to these guys. I've never in my life been comfortable at the dentist until now.
