Dr. Kolli is a great doctor. She is stays up to date on the newest medicines and illnesses. She has a caring manner with her patients. Her office is like coming home.

I would not recommend Dr Kolli to anyone. She does not listen to you when you bring concerns up. You are just another number to her… She is very dismissive and intimidating. Going to the doctor should be a safe space. She did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. She literally looked me in the eye after explaining a serious issue I’m going through and said “what do you want me to do”….i had to tell her I’m finding a new doctor and walked out…also wait times in her office are unreasonable considering I have a scheduled appointment. If you are looking for a Dr. in Spring Hill, I would steer clear from her!

Dr. Lakshmi Kolli has been my PCP for about 8 years now. Getting appointments is very easy and it doesn't take but a day or two usually to get an appointment. She listens to what I have to say and takes it into account. Unless I don't know what I'm talking about. Then she sets me straight lol. Jokes aside, she's responsive to my needs and provides referrals as needed, along with scripts for whatever lab work or imaging orders that I might need. Her staff, Georgette and Kayla are very friendly and supportive and efficient so that's a huge benefit. Many people giving poor reviews on here are mistaking this Dr. Kolli with an Anthea(sp?) Kolli who I've heard has some customer service issues. I won't speak for anyone else, but I've always had a positive experience with everyone at Spring Hill Primary.

Dr. Kolli is worth the wait. She is understanding and listens to issues or concerns. She doesn't waste time prolonging issues and trys to resolve or refer to specialist. Dori is very helpful as well.

I have been a patient with Dr Kolli for many years and I would never go to anyone other than her for my primary care Dr. She is very compassionate and caring and makes sure I get my bloodwork done every 6 months. She always takes the time with me on any problems, also with different high levels in my bloodwork and what I can do to lower them. She always takes time to listen to your medical problems or life problems you are having.

LOVE THIS DOCTOR!!! One of my friends recommended her to many years ago and I am sooooo glad I chose her as my Primary Care doctor. She is always patient and takes the time to REALLY listen… she has EVERY quality that I would want in a primary doctor or actually ANY doctor! I cannot thank her enough for the excellent care she has provided for me over the years … SHE IS THE BEST!❤️

I cannot believe Dr. Kolli does not have FIVE stars! I was referred to her by my mom and I figured if my mom likes her then she has to be amazing. She’s is very thorough and extremely understanding. I’m happy I finally have a primary care doctor that I can trust! The office staff has made me feel welcome since the day I made my first appointment. Georgette, Leslie and the medical assistant Dee are exactly what you want welcoming patients to the office! Thank you for such great care!!!
