My first walk in and Horrible customer service on day one, but im not surprised based on the stars I see. I don't even feel like going into details. Just stay clear of this company. They're lucky I'm not suing them for attempted damages to my phone. Didn't get his name, but it was some tall black guy with long hair and a beard. Who the hell slides a phone on the table when i hand it to them? ...An ignorant idiot. That's who! ?‍♂️

If i could rate as a negative star i would. Appears that once you sign up you are no longer a potential customer and thus go to the bottom of the list. They were the best until I had an issue with a brand new phone purchased when I signed up for service then it was "the manager isn't here , there is nothing we can do", funny how they didn't need a manager to sell this phone to me which had an issue from day one. Then I am billed for a phone which I paid for in full upon day of signing up for service. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO WITH ANY PROVIDER OTHER THAN SPECTRUM. ONCE YOU ARE A CUSTOMER THEY NO LONGER CARE!!!

Cashiers are clueless and definitely need training and a personality. Asked how do you change passwords for network and was told Spectrum App. Wouldn't tell me or show me how other than to say spectrum app. I go to the manager to explain it to me. He seemed to have a customer support personality. I am glad I rarely go into that store, Customer Service is bad. Your reply would be worthless because you dont correct any issues. O stars !!!!!

I just canceled service with spectrum today and went to sling because of how unbelievably rude the people in this store are. Seriously, THE most miserable bunch of people. Anyway, bonus is I'm now getting 2x the channels for 1/2 the price... thanks spectrum

I'm not going to lie, probably the worst experience of customer service I've ever experienced. Not sure if it was lunch time but they wanted to be done with me. Went in there trying buy a phone, but something was failing on there end. They turned me down saying just order it online or come tomorrow. It just shows how much care

The customer service is by far the worst store I’ve ever experienced something needs to change here, immediately. I see every other review saying the same thing and see the same people working there. Either it’s management or something but this store was absolutely hell to go to.

It's just terrible. Spectrum has a hold in Enterprise for some reason. I wish Google would come here.
Keep getting intermittent connectivity and the little pod things don't stay connected. Spectrum is expensive enough, wish there were better options.

Store is always clean, staff is very friendly. I never have any issues when visiting the store. Great customer service and always fast and friendly, sabrina is my go to woman she’s always friendly and quick and very helpful
