Seriously disenchanted by the way they operate.
It took a month to even get a phone call back, another month to schedule the appointment, and then the appointment couldn’t be completed because they failed to mention you can’t do a phone call - it has to be a stationary video chat.
I understand the implications and risks associated, you would think that if someone was desperately trying to get the help they needed while also trying to keep their family above water, there would be a modicum of understanding and compassion. At the very least, expectations should be set so that for people like myself that can’t choose their mental health over their job are able to better accommodate scheduling.

I contacted Spectrum today i am being transferred to Terroz i spoke to Manny supervisor my grandfather passed away and i was suppouse to go on vacation i obviously cancelled the trip cause my grandfather passed away i called to communicate with them and setting up the intake process.

i got the supervisor Dennise that told me "it is hard to believe your grandfather passed away if you are going on vacation".

as we all know anything can happen at any time and i feel like i have been discriminated far to long in this program and someone needs to pay for the emotional damages i already deal with enough mentally being in this program wrongfully,

why would i lie of such a thing i will be submitting this to the attorney general of arizona which is Kris Mayes and the bbb as well as filing another complaint.

I uploaded the pictures that were sent to me in my social media to show my grandfather and the employee who did this needs to get fired to many times ive been discriminated in this program and the state of arizona as well

i will never be a liar and refuse to be one today especially in a very sad moment in my life we all deserve to get treated fairly and a label shouldn't stop that as well

I can't schedule another appointment until I speak to my case worker. However, I can't get ahold of them to schedule a time to meet. I can't recommend Spectrum as a place to receive quality mental healthcare. At first it was fine but then my psychiatrist and case worker both left and since then it has been a revolving door of inadequate doctors and case workers. Multiple times my psychiatrist would not fill all of my medications and I would have to call 5-6+ times over the course of 2 weeks just to attempt to get them to send the medication to the pharmacy. This is a pathetic excuse for patient care. I couldnt get my psychiatrist to fill my medications so I became fed up with them and decided to go through withdrawal just so I wouldn't have to deal with trying to get them to send the script again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Spectrum Healthcare has saved my life.
B4 I found them I was an excessively angry agoraphobic and finding help was so hard. After a hospital visit I was given their number to call and I am so glad I called it.

I have been with them for over a year now with an awesome and attentive psychiatrist Kindra Ochoa (monthly), a theripist Elizabeth Mendez who is always remarkable the way she helps me take baby steps (bi-weekly), and a case worker Sue Diaz who is compassionate and supportive and always on the ball (monthly visits) and they are always available to help in between appointments if needed.

My calls for therapy on the phone and psychiatrist on Zoom, which I do appreciate as it was necessary when I began with them.. My case worker actually comes to my house to see me in person and offers me help all the time for things I didn't even know I needed.

I am on a whole regiment of meds that Kindra prescribed me. No other doctor I tried even came close to the changes in me that Kindra's "Angry man concoction" did in the first month. It made me a new person who could actually listen to Elizabeth's wisdom. I never could have heard what she said before the meds.

Kindra moved on and we are stumbling to get a good replacement for her but they are trying.

I'm not perfect by far, but I am much better. Even my wife is beginning to enjoy time with me again as I'm now able to show her love that I've not done in many years.

If you need help with your mental health these are the folks you need to call. They are very non-judgmental even when I flounder. That helps my being honest which gets me better help.

I will say there website could use a little help but their service outshines any flaws on their website.

I cannot recommend this facility for mental healthcare. At first it was great, but my psychiatrist left and I was placed with an incompetent doctor. Every month my prescriptions have been messed up and I have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to fix it. Fixing it usually requires multiple calls as well. If you have the choice, find another doctor.

Was assigned to a case manager 4 weeks ago and I have yet to meet with them. I had 2 appointments scheduled that were canceled because of the case manager and not because of me. I have attempted to reach out to schedule an appointment and connect with the case manager and false promises are made and no attempt to reschedule the canceled appointments. Asked for the supervisor’s email and they refuse to give it too me. 10/10 DO NOT recommend

PLEASE READ!!!

Worst place to get medical treatment
I had an appointment today at 4:15 pm I received an email to confirm my appointment and also the location of my appointment
TURNS OUT THE LOCATION THEY SENT ME DOESNT EVEN EXIST ! I waited more 30 minutes just to get an answer from the office before I was trying to let them know the location was wrong and I needed to know where to go , by the time they answered it was already 4pm the representative I spoke with asked me to send her proof of the address they sent me and I did!!! I told her if I can still go see the doctor she said that the provider VENETA THOMPSON said no because I was going to be there to late BUT AGAIN HOW IS THAT MY FAULT!!! When they sent the wrong address!!!! She doesn’t even care about her patients or their needs because if she did she would have at least give me a call ! I even asked the representative if I can at least see her on video call because I needed medication that is only prescribed I have asthma and she knows my medical history well I wanted in cue to see her through the video call like the representative told me and she never answered! I missed a day of work because of this and now I have to go to the hospital because I need medication, and I wasted my time and waited weeks for this appointment! And I know they don’t care to lose a patient but I will NEVER GO BACK THERE I never been disrespected and treated like I don’t matter!

Go up
