Had 3 zoom call appointments that didn’t happen and was told it was a glitch in the system . Each time I put aside time in my day for this appointment and had to try to reach the office which 15 people in the que each time and no less than a 45 min wait each time. One of the times they argued i didn’t have an appointment and I had both a text message and email with the zoom link . They seem disorganized . They assign an advocate that you can never reach and drops the balls constantly but you have to depend on this person to send in the proper referral and I’m sure their case load is large but they make you use this person . But have been waiting 3 weeks for this referral and it still hasn’t been sent in . The worst !!!

Pathetically understaffed! I called and a recording said it would be a 52 minute wait just to TALK to front desk or make an appointment. They should shut this group down. I also made an "in person" appointment 3 times and all 3 times I showed up they said it was a teleconference so they also lie. Go elsewhere!

I have been using the services of Spectrum Heathcare since February 2023. I have been blessed to have gotten a great Psychiatric NP. She got me on a regiment of meds that have changed my life. She moved on and her replacement sucked. Spectrum figured that out in the first 2 months and I now have an actual Psychiatrist whom I have met once but hopefully she is as good as I hope.

I also have by weekly visits with a therapist that I find she is wonderful.
I have recievd exalent care and am glad I stumbled across them when I did.

I give this two stars because my doctor was great when I went in for primary care. This morning I looked up “therapists near me” and this place popped up. I do not have AHCCCS, and was told when I had a psych evaluation (which was only 10 minutes by the way) that they could not help me any further than putting me on medication. No therapy to talk to someone, just pills. So if you don’t have AHCCCS as your healthcare, don’t even bother if you’re looking for someone to talk to. Oh, and they charged my insurance over $600 for a 10 minute “psychiatric evaluation” even though I was the one telling her what I had been previously diagnosed with.

While the people are helpful and friendly the process of getting established, contacting them, and checking in for appointments is severely lacking. The one star is only because the people are friendly for the rest I would rate in a high negative. Calling in to speak to someone you are on hold or call back times are 35 minutes to an hour or more. My first appointment was a zoom meeting which was no problem. However, there was technical difficulty with my phone not allowing it to work. I had no information from them like did at other places of issues that could interfere with to troubleshoot the problem and no one to contact in case of an issue. So I called them and hate to wait on hold for an hour before contacting anyone. Nor did the person I had the meeting with contact me by phone to see if I was having an issue. I missed the appointment and reschedule it for live a person. So I go to my appointment but there are 3 buildings and was not told which one. I go to the first one I see and think I can ask someone…nope the check in is a video call button to person who isn’t even anywhere near my location. Because I told him I was in building C and asked if I was in the right building, he had no clue. So I sat down to wait and call to ask if I was in the right building or not. Yep, you guessed it on hold AGAIN with a long wait time. While waiting for representative the person I had the meeting with called me to ask where I was and told her. I was in the wrong building and needed to be in building A. Needless to say I am not using Spectrum ever again as I was going for mental health reasons and this whole process did not help it and increased my anxiety. I honestly should have listened to everyone who said I should have stayed away from this place as in the town I live in it has a bad reputation. Only 1 out 10 people you speak to has anything good to say about. While I appreciate that they going computerized and moving with the times one should make sure the system is working and serving your clients/patiences before this. As of right now your system is not working and leaving them feeling like they are”out in the cold” on getting help or assistance and you are loosing business because of it. The reputation of your company is already severely lacking and while your comments back to those who state their issues say you care, but the fact that these matter still exists says and proves otherwise. I will and have already stated to anyone who will listen my issue with this place and that I have also had multiple and numerous people say to go somewhere else and stay away from here.

I've had the best experience by far since moving to cottonwood. Better then Tucson. My case worker is awesome and has kept me under control since my mom's passing in March.

The people that work at Spectrum are always nice to me and pretty easy going. I appreciate that it’s not a stressful experience and I like my doctor.
