Outstanding customer service from Carlos and the owner Andy. Really nice guys and super helpful. Just got my machine today and ran a nap test for 2 hours and so far so good. Carlos did a great job at explaining everything to me and was very helpful. Can’t say enough positive about these guys.

I had the best Customer Service experience in a long time when I bought my first CPAP at CPAP Miami. Andy took his time explaining every single detail of the mask options available, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He demonstrated a genuine interest in helping me understand the product and how to use it effectively. No up selling, no pushiness, no rush…Just a professional and honest approach. He even included the distilled water for the machine! It’s too bad this quality of service is so rare these days, and in this city.

Being a first time APAP user and not having the options where I was, Eduardo was patient when answering all my questions and he reassured me that they would accommodate my travel dates even if the store was closed. It was also reassuring to know Andy is also a CPAP user and can relate to clients based on his personal experience.

My device is probably the most expensive one, since I flew specifically from the Jamaica to CPAP Miami after vetting a lot of other companies, but my trip was well worth the time and money. Andy (owner) accommodated me when the store is normally closed and waited for me when my flight was delayed. He also purchased an accessory for me even though he did not stock it nor did he pressure me to still purchase the item. Andy's integrity, great products, customer service, follow-up care with support videos, texts and calls are PRICELESS... especially for THIS first time user trying to find the best options possible for my self care. He even delivered an item that was not immediately available to the front desk at where I was staying so that I would have the item before I flew out.

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Andy and Eduardo for extending their time and patience to me. I flew in from Jamaica for my first visit and I know that I will be loyal client. I highly recommend CPAP Miami to persons to need their wonderful service, where you will be in great hands with Andy and Eduardo... like father, like son.

I took my Dad to CPAP to find a replacement for his old ResMed. The experience overall was very pleasant and straightforward. He reviewed my Dad's current use and presented options in a very clear manner. Once we decided on the unit he thoroughly explained the programming step by step, gave us education on resolving some problems and pointed us to where to find instructions. My dad wanted to purchase an additional travel unit but Andy correctly explained to wait until he was used to the new settings before making an additional commitment. Overall we left extremely satisfied and confident that we had made the right choice in machine and retailer.

I usually do not leave reviews but this place deserves one. I forgot my Dreamstation power supply while visiting a relative and couldn't sleep. I called every CPAP supply from Tamp to Naples area for help. Nobody would help me even though I offered to buy a new machine. After two days of no sleep I decided to try the Miami area. It was a Saturday and everyone was closed but I left messages. Andy of Spec Medical, Inc came to my rescue and returned my call. While on the phone, I mentioned to him that I always forget something and he recommended considering the Dreamstation Go as a solution instead of ending up with two power supplies when I got home. It is more travel friendly, and can be left in my bag so that I never have to worry about forgetting my CPAP while traveling. If I ever have a problem with my home unit it can also be used as a backup. I decided to purchase one from him. Andy opened his store and waited for me to drive from Naples. He also gave me a good price although I would have been willing to pay anything as exhausted as I was. Now that's customer service. I will be ordering all my supplies from Spec Medical, Inc from now on because they take care of their customers.

Andy was our angel! He went out of his way to get us set up with oxygen to get my mom home from the hospital. The equipment is pristine and he took his time explaining how everything worked in great detail. Andy went above and beyond. Forgot my CPAP mask prior to departing on a cruise and would have been without it for 6 nights. Messaged Andy through his website chat at 10 PM on Saturday and he responded instantly. He supplied the mask that night. Fantastic service. Highly recommend CPAP Miami.
