I really enjoyed my first postpartum massage with Maria. It was so worth it! She was very kind, warm and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and relaxed with the ambiance she created. She is truly passionate about her job and I am so grateful to her for helping me feel recharged! I definitely recommend Maria for any moms looking for support and self care postpartum.

Sparrow’s Nest is a gem. I visited for my first massage during the end of my first pregnancy in 2021 (this review is long overdue) at their previous location and it was wonderful even then—it’s only gotten better as they’ve expanded. I promised myself if I was pregnant again I would come more frequently because the massage made such a difference in my comfort. I came for a postpartum massage a few months after giving birth and now during my second pregnancy, I’ve received another three massages and a facial (with another planned). Every visit is somehow exactly what I need. I usually book with whoever is available and I’ve enjoyed every treatment but I have to admit I’m partial to Ryan for massage and while Jocelyn is the only esthetician I’ve been to, she is incredible. But like I said, you can’t go wrong! I am so glad to have found a wellness center dedicated to birthing parents and will continue to visit for postpartum needs after giving birth.

I got a massage here after giving birth and it didn't meet my expectations and I left a bit disappointed. I reached out to Faith at Sparrow's Nest via email and shared my feedback. She responded promptly and offered me another massage at a reduced rate which was so kind. I took her up on this and this massage was so nice. It was clear that she communicated my feedback to the massage therapist who really took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and needed. The massage itself was so relaxing and really made up for my initial experience. I will definitely be back!

Sparrows Nest is warm and inviting, tranquil and soothing. You will be met by a staff member welcoming you into their space and offering water or facilities before relaxing into a cozy and comfy treatment room. The staff is highly trained and I could feel the difference from the moment the therapist began working on me. It had been almost a year since I had body work done, but Ryan worked out the crispy areas with ease. I am so grateful to Sparrow for the exceptional experience she provides and for training these women to excel in an arena where not every massage is equal....come treat yourself to something special!

Hiii! I’ve had 2 prenatal reflexology appointments with Marna and loved them both. My feet have been so sore in my third trimester and I know there are some mythic-magical fears about reflexology inducing labor and many massage places will avoid it - Marna is a pro. This is her expertise - she relieved pain and brought kindness humor and compassion to my pregnancy journey! The baby will come on their timeline! Go see her and get your feet rubbed good!!

Every mama needs to book an appointment here and treat yourself to a 90min massage! As this is my first pregnancy, I was definitely looking for a place that specializes in prenatal massages to ensure that I am good hands. I came across Sparrow’s Nest and immediately booked a 60min massage with Callie after reading some Yelp reviews. This 60mins has been the most blissful hour I’ve had, being 15weeks pregnant. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed as Callie worked on the focus areas we discussed. Callie has a firm yet gentle touch. I loved that she applied a good amount of pressure on my shoulders and really worked out the knots. As for my tailbone, she was able to accurately pinpoint all the tense areas. I never thought I could get such a great massage while laying sideways and pregnant. As the tensions and knots were being worked on by Callie, it felt so good that I fell asleep. I will definitely be back again and booking a 90min massage next time!

I’ve had a number of prenatal massages before today, but this one takes the cake for best experience. Ryan was so thoughtful and professional when explaining the side lying procedure for the treatment. Her massage technique was excellent, and she knew just when to check in with me while allowing me to completely zone out into the experience. I would definitely come back to see her!
