I've had the opportunity to be under the care of Jasmine Lockett at Spark Wellness Group. Initially, I was hesitant because the switch to her care was temporary—my regular doctor was unavailable at the time. However, Jasmine made the transition incredibly smooth. She takes the time to thoroughly evaluate every possible factor that could be contributing to a symptom, which I deeply appreciate. Her meticulousness shows that she’s truly listening, and I trust her judgment. She’s also very organized and consistently available when I need her.

Once again, I’ve had a great experience with the providers at Spark Wellness. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the front office or their Medline team—they deserve a -1 star if that were possible.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Refilling or medication changes are a nightmare. No one ever picks up and if you're lucky to get someone on the line they say they will refill medication and it takes a week of following up and playing phone tag to get it done. I have removed my son and myself from this company for the sake of my own mental health because having to fight tooth and nail to get my medications has driven my already bad anxiety through the roof. Do yourself any find yourself another psychiatrist like I will be doing now.

Front desk VERY incompetent, as Ive seen other reviewers post about too. They say one thing and do something else, or not do anything at all. Just moving an appointment is hard enough, they might not cancel your old appointment or make the new one, then you get charged for missing the old one, then you have to talk to billing and explain everything, and then you're out of meds because the next appointment they can't make in time. Or they cancel the wrong appointment, or double book. It's kind of amazing how bad it is. The psychiatrists were great otherwise, but the unreliability ruins the whole point of the place

This must be the most horrible experience I have had with this Company. The psychiatrist was great, but as far as the billing department and front desk all have no customer service very nasty attitudes and being that people are there to get help for their mental. They treat you like you're nothing I have canceled and will find another psychiatrist elsewhere. I do not recommend this place

I have had great experiences working with both Tachianna and Haley. They are kind and compassionate and help me feel well-informed when making decisions. The process for making medication changes and trialing new medications has been easy thanks to their help and I greatly appreciate everything they do!! 😊

Dr. Love Bamisile is amazing! I think for me what stands out most is her ability to listen and validate my feelings while offering thoughtful insights and coping strategies. They’ve helped me navigate some tough moments, and I feel like I’m making real progress thanks to her support.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Love Bamisile anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, and truly understanding psychiatrist.
