My experience thus far with the team at Spark Sleep Solutions has been a great one Dr Shah did a great job explaining what an oral device would do and how it would help me with my sleep apnea (thanks to my enlarged tongue). It’s been quick and thorough each appointment I have had (3). My oral appliance is working I don’t feel as tired in the morning like I did before (didn’t really notice it was a problem just thought it was because I am a mom of two under 6). I have been to their offices in San Jose, Monterey and now Scotts Valley. They have a main team that travels to the different locals, but all have been good experiences. The front person Nathan is very personable and helpful. No one can go wrong with going here. They have an efficient and well organized system. Great Job Spark Sleep Solutions. I am glad to have been referred to your office.

I have had great success with my sleep apnea device. I went from a cpap machine, which I could not sleep through the night with it on, to my sleep apnea mouth piece. It is comfortable, I sleep great with it. The staff and the Dr at Spark Sleep Solutions are so nice and really seem to care about your sleep issues. I hight recommend this office.

I am quite happy to have found Spark Sleep solutions. Getting my oral device has greatly increased the quality of my sleep. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I do find the limited appointment times and the frequency with which I need to go to appointments a bit frustrating but Dr. Shah is working with me to make it as easy as possible. I also would prefer if the staff were a little more knowledgeable about the realities of getting across town to an appointment during busy traffic times. The staff comes in from somewhere else so aren't too familiar with the area.

Just a facilitated my need for either an early morning or late afternoon appointment. I was greeted by courteous attendance who guided me to a consultation room where I waited for the doctor while being grilled about vitals.
The doctor was very courteous and to the point. He provided a detailed inspection of my mouth and dental issues. Upon learning that I was in process for a implant he suggested I revisit afterwards. I very much appreciated his courtesy and to-the-point questions and answers to mine.

While I originally liked this dental business, the pandemic has apparently affected the quality of staff they have. On a return visit after not seeing them for some time, I was extremely unhappy with how the staff had little or no dental understanding. When I was talking about dental problems and problems with breaking a bridge due to bruxing, the woman who was taking notes, had absolutely no idea of what I was talking about. I had also traveled all the way to San Jose for a follow-up visit, thinking I was going to see Dr. Shah only to find out that I was being seen and evaluated by the poorly trained office assistants. I will NOT be going back there.

Excellent staff and care at Spark Sleep Solutions in Santa Cruz. I saw them (Dr. Shah) for my oral mouth device for sleep apnea. My only suggestion is to create a simple sheet of instructions for care and storage of both the mouth device and morning aligner, as there were many instructions given at the initial Mouth device fitting appt. Hard to keep them all straight by memory. There were minimal instructions given with the device/accessories, not enough detail about cleaning and storage. Otherwise, I really enjoyed all the staff and service
