For years now I’ve been trying to find a Dr that will help and understand why I’ve been having very weird symptoms that have been going on for years. I use to be apart of Parrish medical center and My pcp would change often due to the drs leaving. I would have to start all over again once I had another dr. My first appointment at this office seeing Dr Besner was amazing. He had reviewed everything from hospital visits to possible diagnosis and symptoms. The office staff all the way to nurses and dr knew how to treat a new patient. I left amazed and in love. He listened offered suggestions and made a plan going forward. I didn’t walk away feeling like I normally did(hopeless) For once I feel hopeful. I finally found a Dr who listens and knows what he’s doing. Never leaving this Dr. Lol

Had a 9am appt and was there at 8:40 then was told my appt was canceled/ going to be rescheduled because wasn’t there at 830 for paperwork to be filled out. Which I never was never told to be there at 830 but Ester saw me sitting there and didn’t say anything until appt time and when I walked up to window after signing in for appt. Ester was completely rude, unprofessional and lack of patient etiquette

We haven’t had such a thorough exam in forever. Very thorough and really listen and explains. Spent an 2 hour since it was our initial check up .here is a doctor who LOVES his work and his patients .
