Wow, what a great first time experience I had with Spa Cahaba!!! Everyone that I encountered was very nice. My massage therapist Morgan was perfect when it came to deep tissue massage. She will be the reason that I would be returning in a consistently basis.I also want to add that this place is super clean.

My saltwater float was very relaxing. Morgan gave an AMAZING massage, she worked out all the knots and removed my stress... I felt great!!! She has healing hands and I booked my next massage with her before I left. She was truly a blessing to me!!!

We had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and taken care of. The facility is very nice and the staff is even better! The float was very relaxing, do wish the jets stayed on for a little longer and the water temperature was a bit hotter, but very relaxing nonetheless. Then we had our couples massage, it was very relaxing as well! Both of the masseuse took their time and tended to our goal of relaxation. This was followed by a facial which was amazing as well. The value of the package is outstanding and we will return!

I started a series of EmSculpt and was very impressed with the entire experience. Front desk was awesome and Dominique was knowledgeable, professional and so personable. Also love that they are open until 8 W-Fri for those of us who work all day!

Salt water float experience and spa was great! I never knew this spa existed. I would have frequented the business more often during my tenure in Alabama. The staff was nice and the float was nice also.

I had such a wonderful experience! Probably one of the BEST massages I've ever had. Karen was awesome. She took the time to find out what areas I really needed worked on, and did such amazing job. Hannah was great too! She explained all of my available options and the whole process for my chemical peel. She made me feel really comfortable. It was all fantastic! Can't wait to come back!
