I have come here all my life. Wait times are long but well worth it. Usually an appointment can take up to 4 hrs but he listens to all your concerns. The office staff needs to be friendlier sometimes, anytime he gets good ones they don't last long. He has some patients who have been with him for 20+ years. My grandmother has followed him from clinic to clinic. He's a great dr if your willing to wait.

I go to this clinic because I like the P.A. who I see on a regular basis. She is very thorough and knowledgeable.
What I do not like are the wait times which seem to be getting longer and longer. I have a hard time understanding how they can function in such cramped quarters! The waiting room is in need of some serious updating.
Also the front office staff seem to never be the same, some are very rude (Linda) and they usually seem confused about who you are, why you are there etc. Plus we don not need to hear about all their personal stuff. Keep it to yourselves ladies!
I keep hoping that will utilize the space next door and do an expansion so we all can breathe easier but doesn't seem to be the plan..

Ok I am going to tell you like it is and you can make your own decision to come to this doctor's office or not. Dr. Labban is an awesome doctor and listens to all your concerns. He doesn't rush through your appointment. Now, I know for a fact, that Dr. Labban doesn't show up to the office until his first appointment is there. The office staff calls him when they arrive. It takes Dr. Labban at least 30-45 mins to arrive after the call, which puts him minimum 1 hr. behind and since he takes his time with his patients, time starts adding up. I had an appointment at 4:00pm one time and wasn't seen until 7PM and out by 8. Is it worth it, I don't know. I left, because my time is more valuable then waiting for 3 hrs. My husband has stayed with him though due to his thoroughness.
Another problem we have and it could just be us but they are always coding things wrong and then I have to do all the calling to get it straighten out. Love Dr. Labban but not his practice.

Will never go here again. Truly is the worst practice I’ve ever been to. There is no excuse why a doctor’s appointment should take 3-3.5 hours. This is the norm apparently. My last visit had one of the medical students ask me if i knew that it was gonna take a while for the doctor to see me. His P.A. left, I can see why. I could hear him talking to one of the staff about a ski trip he was planning. Nice to know that a ski vacation comes before his patients. I had an appointment today and after waiting in the lobby for over an hour and a half, I walked out. Then got 3 voicemails from his receptionist saying I was in the wrong for leaving. If anyone’s in the wrong, it’s this so-called practice.
I shouldn’t have to take an entire day off work to see a doctor. It’s inexcusable and extremely unprofessional of this “practice.”

Unfortunately you can't rate 0 stars. I'm writing a second series of complaints about the Southwest Medical house of horrors. The first focused on the unbelievable wait times (up to 4 hours after the appointment time), bandit billing (bills over 2 years after the alleged services), and horrid treatment (rude, incompetent staff defended by Dr. Labbon).
The new series of insults involves getting the runaround for over a year in trying to get my records transferred to a real medical facility. I continue to get excuses and constant requests for more information.
Based on their primitive record keeping I'm wondering if they can't find them; or worse yet ,they've been destroyed.
I wouldn't send my dog there, even though they've treated me like one.

When I was in my car accident, I was referred to Southwest Medical Center. I was in a lot of pain. I went on my first appointment and it seemed to be fine. Before, I left. I scheduled my next appointment even got off work early to attend my appointment. When I got there. I was not scheduled. So I had to scheduled again. So, again I had to miss out on hours again at work and take some time off again. The appointment should take no more than an hour but, I was always there longer. They don’t call you back at your appointment time. And when you are hooked up to the “EMS” with heat on your back. They have you on that machine way longer than you should be on. I felt stressed out more than anything and my pain was not being resolved. I would not return to this medical center in the future. I normally, don’t write bad reviews. But, I wasn’t pleased at all and for someone in so much pain, doesn’t deserve to have stress added on.

Horrible office. I have been using this Dr. for 17 years.
When Stephanie Flaherty came back the office ran smoothly and she completed every referral or test necessary.
Now there is a new PA and after you leave the office she just forgets that you exist.
The office girls do not care about the patients and it's quite obvious.
I have been made to feel that I do not matter and I am looking for a new Dr.
Dr. Labaan should read his reviews and make some positive changes.

This is a thorough office I went because I was recently in a car accident and Dr.Taylor and Lindsey Demille helped me and they were very explanatory and was very detailed when explaining everything to me. They were the sweetest people and super concerned about everything I was feeling. Definitely recommend 🙂
