I absolutely love this company. I’ve never met such a strong team! The nurses, bath aides, chaplain, volunteers, and social workers are so kind and good at their jobs. They all go above and beyond to care for the patients they care for! Highly highly recommend this hospice to anyone in need of end of life care!

I highly recommend New Beacon Hospice, they're wonderful and compassionate staff helped me and my dad make his passing as peaceful as possible. Doctor chalk and his staff of Misty, Gloria, Greg, Sarah, Nicole Rachelle, Whitney, Stacey, Amy, Anita and Ladonna just to name a few, were all so kind and caring. I don't know what we would have done without them.

My dad has terrible anxiety and his nurses did nothing but make it worse. He has a touch of dementia and they have no idea how to handle those patients. They have mood swings and depression. The nurses tried to get meds and when my dad didn't take them as often as prescribed because they were keeping him knocked out, they called and were very hateful, complained over and over that he called too often because they are very busy. At first I thought it was just a personality conflict until I met the nurse. Never a smile, very impersonalable! And the social worker was very pushy to put him in an assisted living home pretty much saying you have to and let's get it going. His care taker said to me that he is not as bad as they are saying . They are just lazy and dont like extra work! Im cronically I'll myself, it didn't stop them from putting extreme pressure and very pushy and rude with me as well. Would not recommend especially for dementia patients!

You may have to purchase your own supplies as nurses are only allowed to order according to company quidelines. Supplies seem to have gone from quality products to inferior products. Do your research when choosing a hospice. Ask questions up front regarding Supplies, etc..
