What a fabulous office! I am so impressed by the knowledge and compassion of each doctor! They both obviously care deeply about each patient. The entire staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. It truly makes going for that visit much easier. Also, as an aesthetics patient, my skin has never looked so amazing! Do yourself a favor and check out all their options! I am absolutely thrilled to have found them!

Absolutely love the lady's at SWS, everyone is so helpful and makes me feel special from the moment I walk into building. Dr. Pearson is so caring and down to earth. It's great to have a Doctor that treats you like a friend not a number. She listens to my concerns and helps me to understand my options. When I leave from my appointment I feel so up lifted and better about myself and my body. We as women need that doctor that will listen, be our coach as well as our moral supporter., I have that support in Dr. Pearson. Go visit the lady's at SWS you'll love them.

As a previous patient, I called to make an appointment but was told since I haven’t been in awhile I would have to be considered a new patient now. I was told to go on the website and take a quiz to see if I was a “good fit” for their practice. So I did that and it came back as not a “good fit” only because I haven’t had a Pap smear in the last two years. And yes, I went back on and retook the quiz but answered that question differently and came back as a “good fit”. In my opinion, just being a woman and previous patient should be a “good fit” for this or any women’s health office. Not wanting to help a woman just because she hasn’t had a Pap smear in more than two years is absurd. All I wanted was a gynecologist that only does gynecology and not obstetrics since I am post-menopausal. I can say I really enjoyed going here in the past, but I guess that doesn’t matter to them. Dr. Pearson was a very nice and informative doctor. But I guess I now have to find someone new.

I went for my annual check up in early January. The visit went well. I did let the front desk know when I got there that I needed to be done within an hour of my appointment time because I also had to work. (At my previous visit, I waited for two hours.) I was seen quickly, and had a good checkup. The problem began with the follow-up. I have an ongoing problem, and I called Monday morning to ask if something different could be prescribed because what I had was not working. The nurse's message line stated calls would be returned no later than the next business day. Today is Wednesday. I called again this morning and told the receptionist I was still waiting for a call from Monday. She transferred me to the nurse's line. I left another message. This afternoon around 2:15 p.m., the receptionist called and said the doctor said I would need to be seen. I explained I had another appointment in about a month. She said she would call back -- and she did -- but offered me two different appointments -- one two weeks away and another one week away. I asked what I could get in the meantime, and also asked if I could talk to a nurse about the problem. She said she would ask. Nothing. Nada. No call from a nurse. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern I was shown for a problem that we discussed during my appointment.

Be warned if you're looking for a doctor who will return your calls within a reasonable time frame. The only way to communicate is by leaving a voicemail, and on multiple occasions, they haven't bothered to call me back. It feels like they don't care about you as a patient or a person. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your response. However, I must respectfully clarify that I did not receive any calls, voicemails, or text messages from your office prior to my review. My voicemail has been set up for years, and I had no missed communications. You did not contact me until three hours after I posted the review, which seems likely because it prompted your outreach. When you did eventually call, instead of asking for clarification on my concerns, you immediately began explaining that you had attempted to reach me, which was not the case. By that time, I had already found a new doctor with much better office communication. My original review remains accurate, and I will continue to advise others accordingly.

These ladies are wonderful! The entire staff goes above and beyond to address any need you may have. Dr. Guepet is so kind and patient. She takes the extra time to discuss everything and leaves no stone unturned. I am so grateful I found them!!

I have been a patient at Southern Women’s Specialists (SWS) for many years, receiving weekly injections and regular skin care treatments during much of this time.
I’ve experienced firsthand the compassionate, professional care that defines this practice.
While I’m not a fan of their computerized phone system (though that seems to be everywhere these days, from my hair salon to Walmart, to my pharmacist), the kindness and attention I receive at this medical practice —from the front desk to the doctors—more than makes up for it.
The entire staff makes me feel like a favorite patient. From Ms. Theresa’s cheerful advice, to Jenny and Kristen’s attentive care, to Maria and Kristi’s consistent helpfulness, to Dr. Guepet and Dr. Pearson’s thorough explanations and sometimes frank and honest encouragement, I’ve always felt well cared for.
The treatment I receive from this practice makes me confident that I am receiving the very best medical care available.
As someone who’s seen more than her fair share of doctors over the years, I wholeheartedly recommend SWS to any woman seeking excellent, thoughtful medical care (with the small caveat that I wish I could talk to a real person every time I call!).

Dr. Guepet and SWS have been incredible ever since I have become a patient here 5 years ago! She and her nurses are always available, communicative, and reliable every time I call and make an appointment! They listen and take the best care of their patients.
