I do not recommend this office due to their scheduling mistakes and inability to rectify them.

After the first incorrect appointment, we came back for a second time with my 2-year-old daughter. We waited, only to be told that they had made another mistake—the doctor was actually at a different office. I was advised to either reschedule for a third visit or wait an additional 1 hour to possibly see another doctor (that’s after already waiting for 30 min).

This is absolutely unacceptable. Keeping a 2-year-old child waiting in an office for 1 hour and 30 minutes for an appointment that was scheduled in advance is very frustrating. Parents have responsibilities, and children have needs like eating, etc. When a parent comes to an appointment, they do not expect to wait 1.5 hours due to clinic’s errors in scheduling.

My child is having major what I believe to be major asthma issues. She is NOT sick at all. They will not let me make any upcoming follow up appointment for her as suggested by urgent care. They are making me call every day exactly at 7:45 with the same day sick kids to try to get her in like a lottery to be seen by a different random doc. Also, we do have jobs ya know, just let us make an appt ! She doesn't need a same day sick appointment , she's not sick, and these sick appts are always full.. to Call every morning is a circus.
Why would underlying , chronic medical issues that need to be looked at being put in that category. And to not be seen not her actual practitioner? Such a terrible policy & inflexible front office
Let just hope ur kid never has bad health , it's stressful enough ....good luck dealing with the office. I never write bad reviews, but do better. change your policy. Luckily we have found a new well rated pediatric office that values us , my daughter, and our time letting us make an appointment with ease .

Love this office! Have been taking my kids here (4 of them) since we moved here 18 years ago. Use Dr. Tang for the boys and Lisa Walpert or Dr. Dimilanta for the girls. In all those years, I don't have one complaint! Always clean, never have to wait long (maybe 10 minutes), always friendly. Doctors are so caring. They listen and are good with the kids.

Had a great experience with the staff and Doctor. They were friendly, timely and able to take care of our little one really well. They even fit us in for a same day when we had concerns about our infant's ear.

Front desk staff are not friendly experienced a cold and un welcoming demeanor from staff while checking in. In addition to the nurse that took us back.
