Southern Medical Equipment has the most helpful and friendliest staff. They recently jumped through hoops to get a replacement loaner machine to help my Dad sleep without oxygen depravation when his BiPAP ST machine stopped working and had to be sent for repairs. They called several suppliers in neighboring areas and found one in Cullman. They met someone and picked it up and we got it the same day. It is very rare to find service like this. They are always extremely helpful. Thanks to all the staff at Southern Medical Equipment.

I had my sleep study and before I left the sleep center they provided me a list to choose between to pick up my cpap and supplies. I didn't have time to compare or check reviews of companies so I selected the nearest to my home. The next day I called the sleep center to find out when I should expect to recieve a call from the company I selected. They informed me that I should hear from them the same day. After checking reviews I discovered that the company that I had selected had terrible reviews. I called the sleep center and asked to switch to Southern Medical after I called and spoke to Angie who was very friendly and helpful. She called me with 2 hours the next day and she has processed all of my paperwork and set me up with an appointment. I met with Brandon who was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Additionally the other company has yet to call me and it's been 3 days.

This company does not stand behind their equipment. My equipment has never been serviced yet they want to charge me now. Their reviews are 2.3 stars out of 5. I can sure see why. Don’t waste your time. Find someone else!!! Wish I could give 0 for the rating. I agree they are Garbage!!!

Above and beyond my expectations! This whole office was caring, humane and unbelievably helpful in so many ways. I want to thank Penny for her kindness after the nightmare Nare put my husband and myself through for 3 weeks. I called and had information sent to her one day and the next day he had a wheelchair. Nare was still lying about needed more paperwork after 3 weeks and 2 days. Awesome job PENNY .

I had many hassles with other companies when I was trying to get my mom set up with a rental oxygen concentrator. Southern Medical was the only company that truly tried to help me. They got an oxygen concentrator to my mom the same day I requested it and followed through with her assisted living facility. Jane treated me extremely well and did everything she said she would do. I highly recommend Southern Medical.
