Nice people. Bad spot for health and home care products. Need better parking for handicap and an auto door for handicap. The parking is horrible for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker. Yep, need a better spot ?

Prices have gotten ridiculous. I was handed my receipt folded in half and wasn't told the total. When I got to my car I looked at the receipt I noticed that the price of my cpap supplies had gone up substantially. Before I paid less than $20 for the tubing, and the mask was around $80. Now for the mask, tubing, and few filters it was almost $400! The charge for the mask was broken down to four separate parts and charges. Crazy that it all would cost almost as much as the cpap machine itself! I took it back in and nicely asked for a refund and the lady said "well I don't make the prices", and was kind of rude to me. I might just have start buying my own supplies online for now on.

My experience with them is always top notch. I get my CPAP supplies there and when I needed a hospital bed for my wife after her stroke they supplied me with one that moved up and down by a motor so I didn't have to crank it, that was a real blessing.

Southern supplied our needs for many years and we're always kind and considerate, however something has changed. They have become rude to the point of unbearable, we don't know what has happened and my wife and I feel we must look for another supplier, for many years we've not hesitated to recommend their services but quiet the opposite now, they are un reliable and make it quiet clear they do not want or need our business saying the supplies we need are primarily for new patients.

I'm not sure where to start on this. This place has extremely poor customer service, their shelves are mostly empty but there is equipment and boxes all over the floor. The first time I went was in Feb. of this year to get fitted for a knee brace before my knee surgery. The man that assisted me was very rude, when he set me down he grabbed one, looked at it and just threw it in the floor, and got another one and when he was putting it on I told him I was hurt but he was very rough. After about the fourth one it seemed to work, but after a few days it wasn't fitted right. I was sent there yesterday to get a "support hose" to keep my leg from swelling so bad and to help prevent blood clots. I was walking to the door on crutches in EXTREME pain and it was noticeable and there were two guys(workers) just standing there staring at me not even offering to help me. I was struggling with me balance and they did nothing but stare. I told the lady what I needed and handed her my script from the ortho and she started measuring me and then WROTE ON THE SCRIPT which is illegal and highly unprofessional and after she said they made nothing big enough for me and I was going to have to have them custom made she told me to go to JP&O. First off, I'm average for my age and height and that was rude of her telling me I'd need a 3X or bigger. I went to JP&O to a professional and I was a LARGE and all the measurements were way off. SO PLEASE DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE they are not trained and have no clue what they are doing.

Had shoulder surgery and was needing assistance with fitting the sling to the right position and getting the correct one. Called and spoke the an employee about what they could help with and was met with rudeness and attitude. Terrible customer service.
