Leigh helped me today with my insulin pump supplies. She more than answered all my questions and promised to process my order ASAP. Not long after I received a confirmation my supplies had shipped and the tracking number. This is the best customer service I have received in months. To top it all off she had the best personality and attitude.

Customer service was excellent! I am a new customer and have been in communication with Jessi via text.
The delay in my order being processed was from my provider and insurance’ side but Jessi consistently gave me timely updates and kept me in the loop of what I could do to help move the process along. In the past, I would have said 2.5-3 stars because they would take a long time to respond or not respond at all to phone calls. However, this has improved over the last year, so they must have come under new management when they moved to their new building.
I do enjoy the convenience of being able to go to the location and pick up my son's supplies if I need to. And they are very prompt at getting your orders out IF you contact them directly.
I do not like the constant automated phone calls at all hours telling me it's time to refill.

I have been a customer at SDI for…. Well as long as I can remember! Honestly the worst thing I have ever had to deal with was some long wait times to reach an agent on the phone, and the last time that happened was a couple of years ago. My supplies always arrive promptly, with no billing issues or anything. I have had more trouble out of every medical supply company / pharmacy than I have ever had out of SouthEast Diabetes in the 5-10 years I have been using them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company for their supplies!

Always helpful when I call in and doesn't take long at all to place my order. Really cant ask for better service. Products arrive in great shape and on time (with exception of carrier delays). I switched from another company that I had a lot of issues with to Southeast Diabetes and very glad I did. This is a real review. 🙂
