I had called because my son needed a refil on medication nothing serious he has eczema and needed more ointment. My first call I was hung up on which was strange so I call again and for some reason the lady that answered had such an attitude I asked if his Dr had any appointments available over video because in the past I was told she doesn't give medication without an appointment, she says to me "well is it expired?" In such a rude way and I stutterd because I was a taken back a little and I said "no we ran out which is why I'm calling" and in the same rude way "well have you checked to see if there's any refills" Uhh no because I don't have access to my chart and i- she cuts me off and says "you need to call the pharmacy to see if theres any refills" like the information was fine but she sounded like she didn't want to be bothered and I think that maybe answering calls at a clinic might not be the best profession if your going to have a stank attitude I've always been kind to staff and never had an issue so maybe she was just having an off day..

Please do not choose this clinic. I’ll start by saying I have nothing against the staff. They are overrun and it is incredibly hard to manage a clinic or even work in one. I know I personally wouldn’t be able to do a better job than them. However, I still want to be completely transparent about this clinic. They take way too many patients and it makes it impossible to receive care when you need it. I have an ear infection and they’re completely booked for an entire week. They literally told me to go to an urgent care because they can’t help me. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone, and they very rarely call you on time when you have a phone appointment. The wait time when you go there in person is ridiculous. I’ve been in there with only like 2 other people in the waiting room, and have watched them both go in before me, and tons of people that came in AFTER me get seen before me. I’ve once sat there for TWO HOURS before being seen.

I know these people are just trying to do their job, and are probably very overwhelmed. And I really hope this clinic gets the funding and staff it needs to be its most efficient. But I’m planning on switching clinics asap. Do not come here unless the reviews start to change. Even if they have good intentions, the experience of being a patient here is a nightmare.

everything is fine in the parking lot and in the reception, the problems arise when we meet the doctor reebu kohli, with the request for help for a dmv certificate , she asks me an interview of 8 questions, 2 negative, 6 good in my favor, without ask for further checks: blood tests etc. the following day she gives me a certificate filled out against me so that I lose my driving license all because, with all due respect, she lives with fears and 0 desire to delve into the health of one of her patients. I had to go again afterwards and if I hadn't asked him for the blood tests she wouldn't have asked for them either, working for money not to help patients I don't think that's what a doctor should do. every time I go to this hospital they change my doctor

They have horrible patient care coordination. They constantly can't request a refill because they mess up a simple rescue inhaler and then they make appointments and close early and do not confirm contacting patients. And lastly Dr feels very judgemental. Rating -10

There’s a lot of people that go to the clinic and being short staffed, I think they’re pretty excellent. It takes a while sometimes for them to answer the phone but when they do, they know my name and they take there time to help me. My doctors are excellent and so is the staff, nothing in this world is perfect. My suggestion have patience and be grateful !

If I could give them -1 I would. The level of care for sick patients is like a game to them or like they have the power to choose who they will help regardless of their needs. A total violation of the oath of a health care provider. They should start from Zero starting with top administration to Drs like Dr shore to the front desk.

I went to this place for my daughters doctors appointment back in 2012 when my daughter was seven years old. My daughter and her mother arrived before me. So when I arrived to the clinic front security window and told the receptionist that I'm here to see my daughter and I told her my daughters name. She told me to wait and she walked over to another women and spoke to her. The women she talked to went to the medical room where my daughter and her mother were in, and got the ok for me to come in. The receptionist ask to see my driver license. I showed her my drivers license. Then she buzzed the security door to let me in. My daughter had a cold. The nurse and my daughters mother told me that my daughter needed a blood test. I said she doesn't need a blood test for a cold. I said that it was cold outside about four days ago and my daughter was running and playing in the park and she refused to put on her jacket. That's why she has a cold.This is the most important part that needs to be understood by the reader in order to understand why I'm writing this review. ( I SAID SHE DOESN'T NEED A BLOOD TEST FOR A COLD. I NEVER SAID DON'T GIVE MY DAUGHTER A BLOOD TEST). In other words. If my daughter mother want the blood test to be done. Than so be it. I just didn't think it was necessary. After I made my point. The female nurse walked up to me an POINTED her finger in my face and said you don't care about your daughter. You just care about yourself. Her finger was about six inches from my nose. Then another nurse walked out of the room and returned with a male doctor. The male doctor looked at me one time and turned his head and cross his arms and said in a firm voice . You have to leave. I said why. His response was "you have to leave were calling the police". Every time I tried to talk to him. He just kept saying you got to leave. Then the police showed up and said I have to leave, But wait they have and order against you. The police told me to sign the order stating that if I return to the clinic I will be arrested. WOW! The police didn't believe a word I said and they didn't let me finest telling my side of the story. One officer kept saying you had to do sometime wrong. I called San Mateo General , which is the head office. I tried to tell them what happen to me. The women I talked to was suppose to look in to complaints. According to the person who transferred my call to her. During the phone conversation she kept cutting me off ever three seconds. I couldn't tell her the story, because she refused to listen to the whole story. She kept saying wait a minute. She was raising her voice at me. She said this doesn't sounds true and I'm about to end this call. So she hung up on me. WOW! I filed a complaint with the state medical board . The complaint was closed because I had no witnesses to prove their guilt. Of course they lied. I need to add this to the review. When the nurse finest giving my daughter the blood test. The nurse came out into the lobby area , and was looking at me while the police was talking at me. I looked at the nurse twice. Both times I looked at the nurse. The nurse put her hand over her mouth and was laughing at me while pointing her finger at me. I called San Mateo General human resource on 5/22/2019 to find out who is the manager or who is over the human resource department. The women I talked to in human resource wouldn't let me know.
