Such wonderful people running such a wonderful practice! The way they seamlessly blend primary care appointments with urgent care style walk in availability to ensure people can get care when they need it is truly amazing. The doctors are also both wonderful genuine, caring humans that make you feel heard and taken care of.

This place is a gem. South Coast Family is the premier urgent care and primary care of south Orange County. It is right next to the freeway and always has super easy parking. Wait times are always minimal and both doctors are kind, compassionate and super knowledgeable about medicine. I highly recommend using this practice for any and all of your medical care.

I came here because I was injured at work and this office was a provider on the list of workers comp doctors I was allowed to see.

If you need care of any kind and especially are in need of a workers comp doctor and they are covered by your insurance I HIGHLY recommend coming here!! These doctors know what they are doing. They are great listeners, they accomodate requests as best as possible, and they will NOT treat you differently as a workers comp patient. Absolutely would recommend this facility!!

Our family is lucky 🍀 to have Dr. Lauren Davis and Dr. Chris Davis as our primary care doctors. I was a little worried when my primary Dr. Kent retired. But his daughter, Dr. Lauren is a godsend! She’s AMAZING! I love how caring everyone is at this family medical center. I also love the post-Covid online check-in system! It’s so convenient and cuts down the wait time. I highly recommend this medical center, with compassionate and authentic doctors and staff.

This is THE place to go for quality healthcare. My initial visit was with Dr. Lauren, who came in the room blazing with warmth, no BS, and a genuine friendliness that can't be faked. She shocked, awed, and quite frankly scared me (for her schedule and workload) with the sheer amount of time she spent getting to know me and discussing my medical history. She's answered my questions, freely welcomed my input, and pulled up studies showing that her recommendations are up-to-date (doc knows her stuff!) I'm also in healthcare and will shamelessly admit that I've completely stolen her approach to patient care - with excellent results.

Dr. Chris patiently and compassionately pulled me through a herniated disc, COVID, and various illnesses that made me question my will and ability to live. I recently started dragging my husband here and he loves it. He has a severe phobia of the doctor and gets clammy and faint even when he has a stethoscope on his chest. Meredith was so kind and immediately took my concerns about my husband's low and irregular heartbeat very seriously, which I really appreciated! Wing patiently flushed an unholy amount of earwax out of my husband's ear and maintained a fantastic poker face throughout (well done, sir). And then there's Victoria. My husband's 30 years old and Victoria just got him through the first blood draw of his life. She let me stay with him, had him lie down for the draw and was so kind, calm, and quick. She soothed and comforted him while he drank all the coconut water from her own lunch and he recovered in a kiddie room plastered with Disney Princess and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle stickers (“it was beautiful,” he later said). I apologize to my husband for disclosing embarrassing details but the world needs to know what this office has dealt with. We haven't seen all the providers here but I know they're all excellent.

Then there's the front office/support staff, who always greets us with kindness and warmth. I've seen them handle awful patients and unreasonable complaints with superhuman professionalism and patience. PSA: if you're a patient who thinks it's okay to be mean to staff, don't come here. Take your issues to an office where the staff is cranky and unresponsive. Get the 10 minute visit with no eye contact while everyone feverishly types notes into their EMR. You don't deserve this place.

No matter what has ailed us, the South Coast Family Medical Center has always patched us up, patted us on the back, and returned us to the wild so we could continue our chaos out there instead of in their office. We are so thankful for them!

Dr. Chris and Dr. Lauren are amazing physicians. They are knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and compassionate. If you are new to the area and looking for a new primary care doc I highly recommend them and their practice in general. Their staff is amazing as well. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Doctors Chris and Lauren Davis are also great with kids. My daughter actually gets excited to go and see them. All around great care that my family and I really appreciate.

But the true star of the show is Dr. Christopher Davis himself. He is an exceptional doctor who truly embodies the best qualities of his profession. He took his time with me, listened attentively to my concerns, and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. His knowledge and expertise were evident, but what truly sets him apart is his genuine care and compassion. He treated me with respect and dignity, making me feel like I was more than just a patient.

I left the appointment feeling confident in my diagnosis and treatment plan. I knew I was in good hands, and that's a feeling that's invaluable when it comes to your health.

Dr Chris and Dr Lauren Davis are both phenomenal Doctors!! I am fortunate that I have met with both of them. They are extremely compassionate, kind and caring doctors. They took time to listen to me, respond back with other issues and concerns they saw and then moved forward with treatment.
