Good luck with your appointments, this office does not have any respect for patient's time and will leave you waiting for over an hour. Receptionist isn't very welcoming or helpful either.

Called several times to try to get my blood work and never once did they say they didn't have it on file....come in for my appointment and they say oh we don't have your bloodwork. We'll I could have just stayed home instead of driving over here but of course they already took my money I'm sure I won't get that back. To top it off the waiting room was empty and wearing a mask was mandatory even though I was the only one in the room, makes perfect sense. Very disappointed in the overall experience in this office. The only staff that was helpful at all is the nurse, she went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue and get my results in.

The office staff do not care about anyone. They do not return calls and are pretty rude. I have called 4 times in 3 weeks to get my daughters script filled still no return calls.

I had problems with my ears for years I went to the er and the could not help me
Got a referral to ears nose throat Dr Lanza went 2 days later and my ears have never felt better and let me tell you about the price
It was the best under 100 to clear my ears in too visits

Went there with ear infection after spending nearly 800 bucks on multiple visits now have two ruptured ear drums. Time to find a real ENT
