For anyone who is a new wheelchair for themselves or a loved one I would highly recommend South Bay Home Health Care. They are very knowledgeable and prompt, and will go the extra mile to help find the perfect chair for you. In particular, ask for Rebecca if you need assistance with selecting a chair and/or you have specialized needs with a chair. She is very helpful and creative in solving specialized needs. Also Jose and Carlos are great with repairs and very knowledgeable.

I recently had the pleasure of working with South Bay and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The representatives, Alfredo and Liz, were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping my dad and I select the right products that met my dad’s needs. They are bilingual and always available to assist. My dad had questions and Alfredo went above and beyond to answer and explain the benefits.

The delivery process was equally as impressive. The items arrived promptly and in perfect condition. They set up the bed and ensure everything was functioning properly.
