Dr. Allen has been my doctor for 10 years. He has saved my life so many times. He is caring and very knowledgeable. My nurse Sue is awesome, the newer receptionists are amazing. The lab is great. When i first started at the office 13 years ago, the staff at the front window were very mean; not rude, just mean. There isn’t another word or better word for it lol. The receptionists now are great! Kudos to everyone there and I highly recommend him!

I have been with this Practice of Doctors since they opened. I have always received excellent care and the staff is amazing. Even though we all hate to have to go to the doctor, it’s always nice to see smiling friendly faces and receive great care.

This is a phenomenal practice with some of the nicest staff. Dr. Allen, Dr. Lipscomb, and Kelly Sadler, NP are some of the most knowledgeable well rounded providers you will find. They show compassion and care for patients and also keep involved in the community. I highly recommend all of them as a PCP and would sing nothing but praises on them. Great practice and some of the best providers!

Dr. Ellis Allen is a skilled physician and a caring person. I feel comfortable with him with no anxiety when I have an appointment. He always answers my questions and concerns. Sue and Jeff are first class as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Unbelievable! Newly retired and relocated to Foley, I had not yet chosen a family doctor before I was in an auto accident. After receiving treatment at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, prudent guidance from the emergency room doctor directed me to see my family doctor within the next day or two. A quick Google search yielded very high ratings for South Baldwin Family Practice and I called to make an appointment. I was told they were accepting new patients but would not see me for followup from an auto accident. Though it seemed apparent the receptionist understood what I was seeking, she checked with a co-worker to confirm I could only be seen for my "condition" if I were an existing patient. To be clear, my condition were injuries sustained in an auto accident. I just do not understand. I continued my search for a physician elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Lipscomb for 10 years. All the sudden he dropped half of his patients with no worning and suddenly changed his practice of medicine to sleep instead of pcp... He dosent care about the wellbeing of his patience and is only worried about $. Save your time and your money
