My Sound Bath experience with Dr Carl and Lia was outstanding. I have attended many sessions like this but I have to say this one was second to none. In fact, 24 hours later and I'm still feeling my energy shifting and moving through me. Very healing! Just what I needed. So peaceful, soft, nurturing, cozy and loving in the most magnificent setting. Absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you!

This was a very unique and relaxing experience. The setting is on a small working farm that is is beautifully maintained. The room is very well ventilated with a muted colour lights and sound very gentle in the senses. The option is to lie in a hammock or on a mat on the floor. I chose the hammock which is gently rocking so it’s like being in your own cocoon with gentle sounds from crystal bowls drumming percussive instruments moving you through a healing and tranquil space. Well worth the time.

Can't say enough good things about Sound Awake. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. The yoga instructor, Meg, gave clear, understandable instruction and gentle form correction and made me feel comfortable and confident even though it was my first ever yoga class. I would also have to recommend the acoustic healing sessions with Lia. Somehow she seems to know exactly what frequency each individual and the room needs. I left that session feeling the weight of the world lifted off of me. The facilities are beautiful, warm, and inviting. I can't wait to go back.

The space is absolutely magical, and the offerings are life changing. I attended a hands on healing class, and Lia was amazing. She presented a lot of good information…with handouts(in color). The class was well organized and I absorbed so much from her and the space. The class size was perfect. We were able to partner up and apply what we were learning on a few occasions throughout the class. It was a nice pace, so i felt really comfortable and not overwhelmed at all.

Sarah introduced us to the horses and allowed us to spend time with them during breaks and after class. There was something serene and peaceful about knowing they were there and being able to look out at them and the trees though the windows during class.

Sound Awake is definitely worth checking out and checking in. You will not be disappointed…🙏🏽🤍🧘🏽‍♀️🐴

I love everything about Sound Awake Healing Collective; the concept, which is about the integration of the body, mind, and spirit, and the charming location that reinforces the purpose of this place. Not to mention, Lia, Meg, and Sarah are wonderful! They're caring and make sure that you have a comfortable experience in whichever session that you book. I'd like to highlight the Restorative Floating Sound Immersion that I've recently attended. It's unique because you get to float in a silk hammock, which is very relaxing in itself, and tune in the sounds of bowls. I can't wait to attend again!

Sound Awake Healing Collective has provided me with amazing yoga and meditation experiences. Living in such a busy world makes it even more important to take time for ourselves and restore, and you can always find that at Sound Awake. Meg is an awesome teacher and you can tell right away you are in a welcoming, judgement-free zone. She was able to provide me with effective modifications for my injury in the all bodies yoga class, and the meditation on Thursdays helps me find calm & balance throughout my week. I absolutely plan on keeping Sound Awake in my weekly routine!

Learning the ins and outs of hands on healing was a wonderful and enlightening experience. Lia went through each lesson with great knowledge and confidence. She knows her stuff.
