Stacey is beyond a gifted teacher, we’ve had her teach Loving Kindness meditations in our shop (Stone Age in Tallahassee, FL) and everyone loves her. She approaches teaching with a heartfelt openness without an inflated ego- which is a difficult quality to find. Stacey helped my teen son soooo much! He was struggling to process his frustrations and deal with his self esteem. She gave him a safe space to actually FEEL and let go of negativity so many of our kids are dealing with. Stacey taught him breathing techniques and ways to meditate that were practical in his day to day life. Kids and adults would greatly benefit from her knowledge.
