I had a great experience with Sonoma Oral. The office staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Haralson was very thorough, professional and great sense of humor, which is always a bonus. I would have given 5 stars, if the office and insurance companies worked better together so visits were not always paid out of pocket. Although, this appears to be the new norm with insurance companies denying claims.

12-17-2024 When the tooth fairy 🧚 can’t make it and you need your stars to align, then be glad Sonoma Oral and Facial Surgery answered the call.

I had a serious dental emergency that required attention beyond my family dentist office. Fortunately Dr. Burns and his caring and professional staff were there to treat my condition.

From the first contact, evaluation to the solution, my experience was reassuring that I was in capable hands.

Post operative recovery is the beginning of the road to healing and returning to normal health.

I am so glad that Dr. Burns and all the Sonoma professionals are here in our Yuma community making a difference in the lives of rural Arizonans.

Great office staff, friendly and explain everything well. The doctor was calm and willing to explain everything in detail. Best oral surgery center in Yuma. Give them a look if you need something. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I had a pretty smooth and relaxed procedure done. I had 3 teeth extracted. The staff was great from the front desk, the assistants, the doctor. I was sedated and it felt like 15 mins passed and I was all done. Thank you Sonoma for the great care!

Office is very clean and staff are friendly a bit of a wait to be called to room. Everyone very helpful and pleasant every question I asked was answered right away and all procedures were explained along with the costs. Next appointment In just a few days

Once walking into the office. Everyone is all very welcoming and so nice. The whole time there everyone takes their time to help you be comfortable and make seeing a specialized dentist not so scary. Five stars for all of them that work there and not making me drive to San Diego or Phoenix for my daughters’ teeth.

Front desk employee refused to sign me up unless I give her my full social security number. She insisted on getting my full social security number.
She said that the doctor will not see me until I give her my full SSN.

This behavior will be reported to Arizona medical board.
