They do not solve problems involving Section 11 of the California Health and Welfare Code involving those with Respiratory Problems and other Healh Problems that can affected by wearing a Mask in Public.

Horrible. I went to them trying to get answers from my doctor. I suffered unnecessary harm several times and could not get an explanation. I thought it was because my doctor had a personal issue with me. Vista admitted the poor care and the doctor admitted in court that she had a personal problem yet the health department found, "insufficient evidence." They never asked me nor anyone else for documentation. They just rubber stamped it in favor of the doctor.
