My first visit as a new patient with Dr Maharaja. She is personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and has excellent suggestions for managing the myriad of prescriptions and medical doctors in my life. She is a significant improvement over my previous PCP.
The Clermont office is bright and clean. Some staff was friendlier than others, but they were all very nice, and the process was pretty efficient.
My only complaint/suggestion is to make the numerous new patient forms available to complete online. I am optimistically looking forward to a healthy and helpful relationship with "Dr M"!

NP, Natalie Jenkins and the staff at Soni Family Practice at Clermont, are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The office is clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I do not recommend this practice. It can take weeks to get a call back or response.For example, it took almost 2 weeks to get a response for a request for a refill on antidepressant. Finally I received a text saying I would have to make an an appointment. For something like an antidepressant which you are not supposed to be stopped abruptly it is absolutely ridiculous. Instead, the doctor perhaps could have sent maybe a week Of the prescription to my pharmacy until I could actually get in to see him!

The entire staff here is super nice. The girls at the front desk, the MA, and Natalie. Natalie is very detailed and always explains everything I need to know in terms I can understand. The entire staff celebrates your achievements and they always have a smile on their faces. It’s easy to tell they love their jobs.
