Dr.Song did an amazing job helping me gain my energy back, controlling my stress and being able to sleep better. My pulse was very faint with no energy at all and these treatments really helped me out. All treatment sessions are catered to you and how you are feeling. She will perform anything from Accupuncture, cupping or Guasha. I really recommend her services.

Jean Song is incredible. I’ve had lower back pain and leg pain for many many years. I’ve had three back surgeries and many procedures for my leg pain. I’ve even tried acupuncture many years ago, all with no luck. Fast forward to current time - I received a gift certificate to Dr. Song. I thought I’d give it a try. I felt some relief after the first couple of appointments. After a couple of months with Dr. Song I was pain free and still am pain free. She is a miracle worker! She can zero in on exactly where the pain is. I highly recommend Dr. Song.

Dr Song does this amazing Scar treatment. My back has always been tight. Never knew you can release all that Stress & Tightness from a Scar. Had my Scar for 56 yrs. It's about 8 inches long. I FEEL GREAT! I recommend Scar Release Treatment for anyone. Dr Song is Awesome, Amazing in what she does. She feels your Energy, Stress & whatever you feeling, just with her Touch🤗🤗 Also, she does great Acupuncture. I'm so Pleased & Glad my Lawyer sent me to Dr. Song. Amazing

I don’t usually give a review but I do rely on them when choosing a service. Therefore, I’d like to help others with my experience.

As a retired nurse, I know there are many western medicine options to handle pain. However, I know relying on these sorts is not good for our bodies in the long run so I wanted to give a try to alternative medicine.
I’ve tried various reliefs in the past such as routine massages, creams, and acupuncture. I wanted to give acupuncture a try again as it did help me for a brief time. Thankfully I found Dr. Song in Claremont. She has outstanding credentials and uses multiple techniques that I was not familiar with, like gua sha. On top of that, Dr. Song is very professional and thorough with her assessment. She will take the time to listen and understand your needs. After all that, she will then walk you through what she thinks will be best for you and treatment options. And she does this for every visit so she can make any adjustments as the treatment progresses. Her treatments include good aseptic techniques and she will not hold back on how many needles she will use for you to receive the best acupuncture. So far, after my 3rd treatment, my pain in some target areas is mostly gone. We are still working on other target areas but there is progression. Additionally, she’s helping with my bloating issues and liver functions. Very happy with the current results I’m getting. My husband also sees Dr. Song for post knee surgery pain and swelling. It does seem to help with his recovery and progress! Overall, I’d highly recommend Dr. Song to anyone looking to start their acupuncture journey.

Jean is an exceptional acupuncturist who stands out from the rest. Her dedication to their work is truly commendable. Having visited multiple acupuncturists in the past, I can confidently say that Jean's approach is unparalleled. She genuinely listens to all of my concerns and handles them with utmost care. Jean goes above and beyond in providing care and she truly pays attention to all details.

I used to suffer from sharp head pains and other body pains, without understanding their connection. Jean, however, was able to identify the root cause and effectively address it. Prior to meeting Jean, I believed I had to live with the pain, as no other doctor could offer any explanation. Thanks to Jean, I am now experiencing healing in both my body and mind.

In fact, based on my positive experience, I decided to bring my 8-year-old to Jean for treatment of allergies and eczema. Not only has my child's condition significantly improved, but she also enjoys going to Jean's sessions. Jean creates a gentle and warm environment, ensuring my little one feels comfortable and safe during acupuncture sessions. This has helped eliminate any fear or hesitation and has brought healing to my child!

I have been going to Dr Song for a couple months now and it has been a wonderful experience. I was burned out from my experiences with western medicine's approach to treatment and wanted to explore more holistic, proactive options.

Dr. Song's new patient intake form showed me how thorough and mindful she is about treating your entire body. This mindfulness and attentiveness continues with every appointment. Dr Song truly cares for the wellbeing of her patients and to treat the root issue, not just the surface level issues.

Her current treatment room is very comfortable and easy to relax in. For my accupuncture treatments she'll dim the lights and leave the room for me to relax more and I often fall asleep so quickly. It's the most relaxing time of my week. I always feel like I am able to release the tension built up during the week.

During my treatment so far, my health has improved so much and I'm even growing in body awareness and trusting my gut when I feel like something is "off." Dr Song encourages you to be your best advocate for your health and I could not recommend her services enough!

Jean is the best acupuncturist I’ve ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable on acupuncture and Chinese herbs, kind, patient, prompt, and electronically savvy (you get appointment reminders texted/emailed 😊). Coming into my first treatment, I had gastrointestinal issues that were very painful and got worse as the months progressed. Unlike my western doctors who wanted to give me a variety of pills to treat symptoms, and focus on reducing the stress in my life, Dr. Song quickly diagnosed the underlying issue and began working on me. Two months later, I am feeling like a new man, and back to focusing on the beauty of life and not the pain from sickness. Jean has probably helped save my life, and I am eternally grateful for her treatments, guidance, teachings, and friendship.
