I’ve been doing mammograms at this location for years now without issues, but yesterday was a real bad experience. I arrived on time, checked in, the lady at the counter said she couldn’t find an updated prescription then she sent me another counter. The lady at that counter said they couldn’t find my prescription and I would have to reschedule. I asked if I could call my doctors office who is member of the memorial health network to see if they could quickly enter the prescription in the system, she cut me off and said “it’s 1:26 you’re appointment is at 1:30 and we have to keep it moving so you’re going to have to reschedule”. Well, I arrived early but the other lady took about 10 minutes looking into the system to find my prescription and to not even afford me the opportunity to phone my doctors office who does respond quickly was offensive especially since I took PTO from work to get my mammogram done. There are plenty of other facilities who are willing to work with patients and are respectful of their time.

I want to give a big thank you to Solis Mammogram at Memorial Miramar for their exceptional care and service. Osmani, the manager, went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and helped me schedule an appointment with understanding and compassion. Osmani is truly awesome, and her leadership shines through her team.

Unfortunately, my experience earlier this week at the Solis Mammogram Memorial West Hospital location when requesting medical records wasn’t great. However, Osmani and her staff at Memorial Miramar completely turned things around for me.

Came in today for my very first mammogram . Appointment was at 7:40 and was all done by 8:10. The registration process was quick and efficient. Michelle was very friendly. Sindy ( the mammogram tech ) was very professional and courteous as well as Yailin the ultrasound tech . The whole department was clean and looked like a spa . Would definitely recommend.

Horrible. My appointment was at 1pm by 2pm they were still calling my insurance (brand new BCBS insurance). Don't they know that you have to check the insurance before the appointment and not the day of the appointment. Shame on you Memorial Hospital. I cancel my appointment and left.

best off to stay away...horrible experience to cancel and appt...long waits and unhelpful reps...i think they have a good business model with beautiful websites and engaging adds with no product
