Sat. 7/2/22 6pm- I took my daughter to 2 Urgent Care centers. The 1st had just closed, the 2nd said they had no more room for anyone. So I specifically looked up other care centers while in my car & found this one… & called before I drove there (11mins) because of driving to 2 that didn’t work out.
The lady says they only have walk in so it would be a wait. I said that was fine & that we were on our way. We get there barely 10 mins later & I get to the desk & she says they have no room for anyone else. I tell her that I literally just called & was told there were walk ins & how I said I was on my way. The lady, the only female behind the check in desk, asks who I s/w. I tell her I didn’t get the name. She just goes on to tell me there’s nothing she can do. I would have to come back tomorrow.
If she was the only female at the desk SHE had to be the one I s/w!! I was so upset venting in the car to my daughter who feels like she’s dying & whispers )because of her lost voice) “that lady asked the people in line in front of us if they had called.”! I hadn’t heard her… I wish I would’ve. I knew it had to have been her that I s/w.
My daughter was just too weak & sick to be involved at the time. That is just so rude for her to act like she had no idea what I was talking about, etc.
Even if they hit max capacity in the 10 mins it took me to get there she should’ve either 1. Told the last person they were at the max since she knew I was on the way Or 2. My lesser option but still better than lying, told me that I s/w her but that they met capacity w/ in that 10 mins of me getting there & she’s sorry but unfortunately I would have to come back tomorrow.
She just chose to lie to my face & act like she had no idea I called or who I spoke with.

Feels like family, right when I walked in I was greeted by genuine people. The doctor named Ed was extremely helpful, took his time, healthy mix of talking and listening; showed he cared. I am 24 years old and was showing symptoms that were unusual compared to normal bronchitis. I did not want to go to the OP hospital because they charged me $4,000!!!!!!! to super glue a cut on my lower lip on my first (aka last) visit. They did a good job but they try to squeeze every last dollar out of you, I've heard horror stories. Solantic is where it is at! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend using their service.

I'm currently in the waiting room which I been at for over an hour. I see three people that came after me go back so I walk up to the desk and simply ask for a timeframe before we are called back. The guy at the desk goes to tell me that black lady over there had an appointments I said who and he goes on to tell me that Ms. Moore had an appointment she came earlier and made an appointment. Confused as you can imagine. I ask again I'm just looking for a timeframe. He tells me he cannot give me a timeframe. (Mind you people are walking in without appointments and they are telling them it will be 45mins to an hour.) I said ok well am I next and he goes on to tell me that he can't tell me that either. Losing my patience now but still calm I asked what can you tell me because nothing you are saying is helpful. He looks at his co-worker and says ask her then. Then he refused to give me back my id or take my payment. Gets his co-worker hands her my id and tells her to give me my id and take my payment. lol how ridiculous and unprofessional he was. First time coming to a urgent care and last. I will pay my deductible at a hospital before I have a place which I am paying think it's okay to talk and treat me or anyone the way this guy did.

Horrible customer service! Called to ask what would have been a very quick question. Waited 31 minutes with music on hold. It goes quiet with no music about a minute later was hung up on! Never once having anyone answer the phone. Whoever manages this facility needs to do something about not answering the phone at all. Never even checking to see what the person wants and then hanging up on top of it. Unacceptable
