They NEVER, NEVER, NEVER answer their phone. Today I have tried over 20 times to get in touch with them. This is absolutely ridiculous, and totally unprofessional. I would fire all staff that doesn't answer phone calls as part of their job description. I've let Colin know and I will be letting Dr. Pulas know as well.

I have been going here for 4 years and wouldn’t change my doctor (Pulas) for the world. In fact, I pay double premiums just so I can see Dr Pulas and his team. Corina is better than spravato itself. On bad days, she is patient and kind… she’s that way on good days too. She is a ray of sunshine in what can easily be a storm.
Kate is also amazing. She can fit me in on any day to see my doctor and is always super nice.
Those 3 are my team. I’d be lost without them. Thank you for caring 💕

Dr Pulas is amazing. He has been my doctor through hell and back. His care is literal. HE CARES! Corina is the spravato tech and she is knowledgeable, patient, caring and understanding. It’s not just the spravato that works. Corina is an absolute blessing in my life. No one else would go to the extent she does to put her clients at ease. Kate, at the front desk, is Pulas’ right hand (wo)man. She can make anything in that office happen. She is approachable, friendly and a boss at what she does. I am blessed and beyond lucky to have the team of care I do. I absolutely love Solace Behavioral Health out of new port richy.

I have been seeing Dr. Pulas and he's just wonderful. He taught me some new things about my dietary intake best for crohn's & fibromyalgia inflammation, artificial sweeteners as well as discussing all the psych stuff. I felt very safe and heard, and I love that he approaches things from a holistic or whole person-centered care. I haven't had a psychiatrist like that before and it's really nice. The staff are always very professional and friendly. I have had a great experience with this location and staff. I definitely recommend Solace behavioral health in New Port Richey.

BEWARE!! My poor post-stroke, diabetic husband finally reached out for professional help in dealing with the devastating life changes depression, brain damage and confusion. Three visits, two doctors, every appointment changed at the last minute. Third visit,he left in anguish, 10 times worse off than when he went in. Never saw a doctor that visit. The office staff is completely to blame. After their heartless, rude and completely unprofessional behavior its unlikely he will trust another. This office should be closed, they have no business in the mental health field. My husband is far more depressed than when he reached out for help. The owner needs to be held responsible, you did nothing 11 months ago went you posted you would handle it. Don't waste your time, money or trust in this joke of an establishment. It will do more harm than good!

My 19 year old daughter has been really struggling with her ADHD symptoms since last fall as she is away at College. She was tested as highly gifted in second grade. Her teachers from her gifted program recommended that I take her to be tested for ADHD. She was diagnosed with ADHD Attention Deficit Type when she was in second or third grade. We tried various stimulant medications at that time but I didn't like the side effects they gave her . Then again in MS and she didnt like how they made her feel but now she feels like she didn't give themlong enough and would like to try them again. She has been to more than one doctor over the years about 3 or 4 who have all diagnosed her with ADHD. She has also received counseling and ADHD coaching since she was in third grade on up until last year. Since Middle School she has tried all the non-stimulant medications for ADHD. For about 4 years now she is receiving med management and is taking two non- stimulant ADHD meds through Brave Health which is all virtual appointments. These meds do not help her. Brave Health has no in-person appointments with anyone this is why it's their policy not to prescribe stimulant medications . Her ADHD symptoms have been so severe since being away at college she's become very depressed so she recently started Zoloft as well. We contacted Solace behavioral Health and we were informed that she could do virtual visits from college and that if the doctor felt necessary she could be prescribed stimulant medications. On my initial call to this office I was told that if we had a written diagnosis from from a psychiatrists she wouldn't have to take the $75 ( No insurance companies cover) Creyos computerized test but we were misinformed because during her first virtual intake assessment she was told that she needed to take it so despite providing them with two written ADHD diagnosis from past and current Psychiatrist she took the Creos computerized test. My daughter felt as though her first initial intake assessment
was very thorough. But her first appointment with Dr Chansy (spelling?) wasn't thorough and he only focused on anxiety and not her history of ADHD symptoms. Today she had her second appointment to go over the results of Creyo test with Dr Chansy and he told her that she's been misdiagnosed all these years she doesn't have ADHD she has anxiety and that the only services they could provide her with is therapy!! So her first Impression was correct that he was only focused on anxiety. He told her "you should be happy you don't have a disability". Years a go we would have been happy to not have been diagnosed with ADHD. But she was diagnosed and we know she has ADHD and she sure feels the affects of this deblitating disability! She has been struggling with it severely since second grade she's been diagnosed with it and treated for by four doctors. So this was devastating for her to be misdiagnosed today! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Dr. Chansy got this wrong. After the appt. she called me in tears. This was about a three month process from the time we first contacted Solace until today and now we have to start all over in finding a provider that will give her effective treatment that she desperately needs to thrive not only in College but in life. At 19 she cant even drive and doesnt have her license because of her low attention span. She says she is exhausted after practicing because of the energy it takes to focus on driving. She is still a patient with Brave health so she can continue having her medications managed but sadly the medications do not help her. Self administered computerized tests should be used in conjunction with other information, a thorough evaluation, and clinical judgement to reach conclusions regarding a persons diagnosis . It is mine and my daughter's opinion that Dr Chansy based his diagnosis solely on her gifted student abilities to do well on this test rather than her debilitating symptoms and negative consequences that her ADHD has on her life.

Speaking of phone calls...someone from the Brooksville office called to confirm my appt. I told her I was in the hospital. She asked again if I was going to be able to keep my appt. I repeated that I was in the hospital. Asked again if I would keep my appt. I again said I'm in the hospital and tests are being done and that I have no control over when tests will be done or when I would be released. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said I would call once I got out of the hospital. Several days after I was released I called and rescheduled. On the day of the appt they called me and told me Holly could not contact me. I rescheduled again for the following Monday. On the Friday before my appt my phone was off because I was in my Drs office. I forgot that they call obsessively. When I got home, after 5pm, I received another message cancelling my appt because I had not responded to their call. When I called to reschedule, they advised me that I had to come into the office due to a missed appt. I tried to explain to them that they cancelled on me, I did not miss the appt. I think the office staff could use a little counseling due to their obsessive phone calling.

I have gone thru one doctor and I think at least two nurse practitioners. This is not a well run office, the way they bill is a mystery to the insurance company, and there is a lot of turnover, and bad attitudes.
I am presently looking for another provider.
