First of all, they almost never pick up the phone and when they do, you have to wait forever. I am myself a physician, not a psychiatrist but still I can tell when I am not being treated in the right way.
The first time we went there(it took me 30 minutes driving from home), the doctor saw us for less than 5 minutes, then he said we had to schedule an appointment for autism/ADHD test... Couldn't you tell me that by phone?
A month later, we had the appointment and a very gentle female doctor met us and took all the time to ask the right questions, going all over the clinic, signs and symptoms of my son. She is the only reason I am giving them 1 star instead of zero.
They told me they will contact me with the results, but after 2 months of waiting I decided to call them.
Then they scheduled a telephone meeting with the psychiatrist for my son's results. I waited 20 minutes on the phone. Then the doctor spoke to me, again less than 5 minutes, and told me my son needed a prescription. After this call, I waited for a month and didn't receive any news.
Today I decided to call again. They said they charged my insurance for 3 appointments (yes, apparently the test doesn't include the results and it's charged separately? ). Never in my whole career met a physician that charges you first for the test and then for results. And because we have a copay of 30$ for each visit, they won't sign the prescription unless they receive that 90$.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the clinic. They have met or exceeded timelines for appointments for intake, evaluations, and medicine management appointments. Angie always makes sure my son is taken care of and Dr. Hall was exceptional during all of our evaluations. I will update as they are addressing this today. The review would be higher right now, but I’m currently having issues with my son’s counselor with excessive tardiness and cancellations.

This place has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with and I do not recommend going to them if you can help it!! We were referred by my daughter’s pediatrician to this place for ADHD and dyslexia evaluations in May. We were assured at that time she would have a treatment plan and be ready to go by the new school year. After multiple appointments that were useless and a waste of time, she finally got tested in August. we were told during her test that her results would come back in 3 weeks. It took 9 weeks and multiple phone calls before we finally received her results. During the call, the doctor said I needed to call the office and get a counselor assigned to her. But when I called the office, I was told that they do not offer therapy services. I will have to once again wait until the records can be released to me, and they cannot tell me when that will be.

The fact that it has taken over 5 months and we still have gotten no where with her treatment is absolutely ridiculous. The communication is horrendous. And they clearly couldn’t care less about their patients and their wellbeing. So again, I do not recommend going to them. It’s a joke.

Joseph had been seeing my son and didn't remember anything about him or take notes on the first visit. I decided to look past it and give it a chance. My son ended up seeing someone else for a while at Child Guidance. They did well with us. Eventually we moved and he started going back to Joseph. I express the need for PCIT therapy, so we e started family sessions, Joseph told me to "shut-up" in front of my kids when I interrupted their argument to say something. Following that visit, we had another appointment which Joseph missed when I try to reschedule. Joseph had decided to remove himself from seeing my son again in the future. His reason_ (no progress was made). Joseph.
Also documented my disposition which are symptoms of a ptsd, anxiety and depression but he documented them as if I am supposed to have it all together but instead showed up as an imperfect parent with imperfect children. Neither myself my son Or my daughter did anything to deserve being dismissed. In fact every therapist I have tried to see in this organization Is extremely judgmental. I highly do not recommend.

hahaha they do not care about mental health here at all. Whoever represents the up front staff needs some reevaluation on their customer service skills. Dr Lacayo will dismiss you and ask if he’s a mind reader. Doctors who release too much personal information. And YASINA YASINA YASINA yes I’m putting your name out there mam. Don’t get defensive over a question on a 15 minute hold stamp time. Then asked if I was okay for asking a question, and hung up mid sentence. Just a heads up for everyone. 👍🏻

All of the staff has been wonderful to me and my daughter. From the front desk to our Dr we have been treated with respect and quickly. Cora is a five star therapist that I feel very comfortable talking to. Having two autistic children I have been dealing with mental health issues for years. This has been the best intake and med management program we have experienced so far. Great for adults and children. Have been recommending Social Care Services to fellow autism mom's who feel lost. Social Care Services has been a game changer for my family.

If you have Medicaid and need Med management this is the place to be! I am able to do Telehealth services, it's quick, painless, and if you are current and attend your appointments and know when to refill your meds. They are great. Yoshi is nice, quick. As well as Angie Riley (Dr) also fantastic person, I always enjoy and look forward to talking to her now. Listens, and made sure to put me on something I felt comfortable with, you know? Worst service ever. I usually go when the office is closed (but when it was not I was never asked for a co-pay) and didn't know that I had to pay a $5.00 co-pay. I called and paid the payment. I got a text from my son's therapist saying he needed to talk to me regarding my son's dad. I was worried all day with no call back from him. I called the office several times asking to have him call me back. I called a third time and was told that he was only trying to reach me because of the payment issue. REALLY!!!!? You don't play games with peoples children like that. My son has ADHD and has been very depressed since the divorce and as a therapist you sit in your office playing games with parents state of mind over $35.00!!! WOW very unprofessional, I expected more from a grown man. Had to edit this review because then a week later after I had spoken to the receptionist and told her to cancel all my future appointments and that I wanted to speak to someone in charge, no one has called me that is in charge but I did get a call to confirm my appointment for this week. How disorganized can this place be?
