Ordered a STAT lab on Friday for Monday - was told I’d hear from the lab technician in the afternoon on Sunday. No call by 2pm, no call by 6pm, no call by 8pm, no call by 9pm. Was told the order was processed at 745pm

How late do you expect your clients to stay up until. This is insane. 0/10. Poor poor management. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Add on: cont’d to call until 1015pm when I was assured a technician would draw blood no later than 0830. Gave my number 6+ times only for the technician to call the wrong number x3. Finally get the number for the technician who decides 10am will be adequate for a fasting blood test. You don’t tell me what time, I TELL YOU.

What a waste of time and money for a “concierge” service.

I am extremely disappointed by the service I have received from this company. If I could give no stars, I probably would. Do not recommend.

My grandma needed a mobile laboratory service done so I searched on Google and found this company. I ordered their STAT lab service (same day) and paid the $75 service. I thought $75 was a fair price. Placed the stat order at 10am, called them soon after to update my address with them (their employee said he made a note on my order) and was told to wait for them to email me for my grandma's lab order within the hour. At 2pm, I still had not heard anything back so I decided to call. A different employee said my request was not on file and that they did not get anything from me. Weird, as the employee I spoke to before apparently made a note on my order so I know they received it. I was promised a call back, did not get that. I finally had to call them back at around 4 or 5 pm to reschedule as my grandma, an 85 year old woman, sleeps early and it would be too late for them to get her blood drawn. At this point, they still had not found the order that I had placed so I emailed them a screenshot of my confirmation. I rescheduled for first thing in the morning the next day. They came around 11am which was fine. But because this is now the next day and NOT the STAT that I paid for, I wanted to get a refund as the service I paid for was not fulfilled. Getting the lab results was another story. I called Thursday to ask when we would receive the results and I was told by their employee that "I" would be getting the result to my email by 5pm the latest "same day" as that is what I paid for. I constantly checked my email that day, my spam folder, nothing. Now that it is Monday of the following week, I decided to follow up as I had not received anything at all. The lady who picked up the phone, who had the worst attitude, then told me that she would not be able to send me the result as I am not a doctor. She said whoever told me that information was wrong. Fair. So then I asked her to check if the results were ever sent to my grandma's doctor which was when she FINALLY asked who I was calling for.

To add to this, I have sent them numerous emails to ask for a follow up or just to know if they have received my grandma's labs and NO ONE has responded to any of my emails.

Not sure who is managing this company and how they are able to get clients if this is how they are running their business. I am still waiting for their Account Manager to call me (which I was told I was going to get a call from) to talk about my refund.
