Snowline Hospice was absolutely wonderful!! The entire experience, as hard as it can be, was so well organized and caring: from the admissions coordinator, the absolutely wonderful caring and knowledgeable nurses, arranging for oxygen during torrential rain in the night, to getting my dad comfort care meds/hospital bed, to the excellent coordination with the funeral home to get the death certificate on time, the respectful understanding of different cultures/customs, and the quick responses of the physicians: my family and I can't thank Snowline enough. We are so fortunate to have you in our community!! ❤️

First I wash and fold a box of clothing. Brand new shoes etc. Pull around back to drop off. The emoloyee comes over to my car with his cart. While removing the box of cloths it breaks spilling cloths on the ground. It is slightly raining (actually sprinkling) employee says. Sorry but can no longer take them. I said what, it is just sprinkling. I then took the cloths to their dumpster which was about 20 feet away.
He said cannot leave them their. My reply: I just washed those cloths and they are hardly wet!
His reply: cannot accept them now.
I continued to toss this box of cloths in the Trash can. He called for a Manager to come immediately. I COULD NOT LEAVE THE CLOTHS IN THE TRASH. (PLEASE NOTE, THIS TRASH WAS FULL OF CLOTHS AND BROKEN FURNITURE). Yes, i was upset because I just drove 10 miles to deliver fresh clean cloth and 2 pair of brand new shoes.
The manager came out, and told me ditectly to never return to their store again. I said fine! If this is how you treat someone dropping off good clothing that is slightly wet because it fell on the ground when my box broke. They took my license plate number down, and of course I had borrowed the car just to bring them the cloths.
I will, nor my family will not be shopping their any longer.
