SMS National is great place to work. They are a forward-looking organization. Great leadership that rewards sustained employee effort.

Hard work was rewarded at every level of the business. The work environment allowed for fun and creativity, as long as our conduct was respectful, and we managed our responsibilities effectively.

The Executive Management Team displayed world-class leadership during my tenure. Thank you Eileen, Wally, and Scott!

My interface with Supervisors / Team Leaders / Coordinators were mostly positive and productive (aside from the normal conflict that comes with everyday workplace challenges brought about from the medical, insurance, and IT communities ever-changing conditions / requirements).

The Sales Team was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful that I've seen at any organization I've worked for.

The workforce as a whole always did their best each day and performed well together.

The staff are incredibly kind and guided me through all my concerns. The receptionist Bailey made sure all my appointments started right on time! SMS is a cornerstone of central florida wellness, if you’re hurt on the job this is the place for you.

I would give a ZERO if I could. I’ve tried to call multiple times and can never get anyone on the phone. And the one time I did, Bailey was extremely rude to me. She needs to be trained on basic customer skills because she doesn’t even qualify for the basics of her job requirements

I wouldn’t trust this place to tie my shoes laces. They wrongfully fire their employees and play favorites. This the worst company to come across in Florida. Run far away and don’t look back.
