I was recommended to Dr. Tim for Psych Ed Evaluation for my son. My son and then my son saw Dr. Amanda. She was very caring and listened. My son connected with her and when we were given the results with both Dr. Amanda and Dr. Tim they were both very reassuring and answered all of our questions. I've since went back for support 3 times, my son going in once on his own for a confidence boost, and it was the best thing I've ever done. Things have really turned around in school and in our lives. I couldn't say enough about how happy I am with going through this process with these 2 professionals

I recently came to see Dr. Smith for a learning diagnosis. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team at the clinic were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, very pleasant and comfortable to be around. Dr. Bannerman was very lovely to work with, she was comforting, calm, and I really enjoyed our sessions. It made my whole experience much better. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone. He is very friendly and I found him extremely knowledgeable and made receiving my diagnosis much easier than anticipated. I was quite nervous to attend the initial meetings, but Dr. Smith helped make me feel understood, validated and showed a light at the end of my tunnel for getting the answers I needed. Thank you to everyone at this clinic, and a special thanks to Dr. Smith!

I came to Dr smith and his team seeking answers to lifelong questions ive had , and for his expertise in diagnostic assessment services. The entire process start to finish was extremely Positive!! His colleagues are very receptive and helpful wuth any questions you may have regarding the process. Dr Smith himself , I cannot say enough good things about him!! He was ,knowledgeable, kind,empathetic, and patient with me.He went above and beyond to answer my questions, even after my diagnosis was completed..Not only did his kind words of encouragement manage to put me somewhat at ease ( which is no small task) they were also uplifting and gave me hope for the future.He also gave my various resources to help me moving forawrd.If you are looking for a safe and welcoming environment ,that is Positive and Very professional ,then I would fully Recommend Smith Psychological to anyone 100%

We met Dr. Tim Smith once. He was working on a folding table in a small office with damaged ceiling tiles. He was rude. Raised his voice and made a comment about custody in front of my children that I found extremely unprofessional. We will not be back.

Beware of excessive charges and lack of transparent pricing/disclosure of costs. Estimates are not honoured and I don't think they remember what they quoted. We conducted some tests for a family member and after paying for them, we found out that results are not included!!!! I have to pay an additional fee to get the results in writing. Make sure you know what you agree to, or get it in writing.
