Everyone in there is very nice and informative and makes sure that you are doing ok and makes you feel really comfortable while you are there. Excellent experience here from the warm welcome at the front desk, to each interaction with tech, hygienist and dentist. Everyone was very respectful and understanding of the dental situation that brought me in. It had been years of no dental insurance and I was nervous if I would get bad news. These professionals were kind and thorough. Dr Bazan was friendly and approachable. My hygienist was highly skilled. I looked in the mirror and saw an immediate improvement. Thank you everyone at Smile Academy. You restored my confidence and my smile. Looking forward to returning for all my dental needs.

The receptionists are professional and pleasant, and very invested in meeting patients' needs, especially regarding scheduling. My ten-year-old is sensitive, and the medical staff were very kind and patient with him. I also appreciate that they don't charge for filling out school paperwork.

I never heard of this place so I was a little nervous. The moment I walked in I was kindly greeted with a warm smile and kind morning salutation.

The facility was very organized, clean and cheerful. The staff is very professional, kind and articulate. The Dr was very honest about what I did (or did not) need to have done. His candor led me to believe he truly cares about helping me be healthy, happy and comfortable with my smile. They were very flexible with scheduling an appointment and patient with me as I was late due to driving in the snow. I had a much better experience here than I have at Mortenson or any other place. Give this place a chance! I’m sure it will make you smile!

Amazing dentist! All the people are so nice and went out of their way to help me. Helped cleared up insurance issues and worked around my schedule. First time going to a dentist and felt absolutely no pain. 100%. Recommend!

I really like this place. They are kind, patient and efficient. Dr. Perez was not only polite but did not hurt at all when extracting my upper jaw tooth unlike the last dentist that removed the one on my left side. The last dentist felt as though he was going to break my jaw bone. My only complaint is I have a history of cancer and the x-ray or MRI revealed a cyst or tumor formation and I was not regretted to an ENT specialist. But overall, this place is great.
