My poor wife who has dementia had to get a bone scan and the difficulty of her getting this done was made easy by a woman named Dimple. What a caring loving understanding and very professional woman with patience. I felt completely comfortable with this woman. Any employer would be thrilled to have Dimple working for them !

I have had blood work done there many times. Very efficient. The physical therapy department is top-notch. Usually very little wait time. I have not met one single staff member who was not very professional and very friendly. The only reason I did not give five stars is because no place is absolutely perfect.😊

SMH Rand Blvd. is a professionally run facility where I have all of my Lab work done. The Staff are helpful, kind and caring. Lulee, a check-in advisor went above and beyond in assisting me w/my Lab work. Also, I belong to “Health Fit” which is the SMH fitness center and is in the same location and my go -to for fitness, personal training and informative weekly and monthly classes. I am grateful to have this facility in my area. Thank you, Barbara Gaeta

Do NOT use this facility or any health care centers, you will be billed for hospital claims just like if you went to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. The exterior signs and front entrance specifically has written in multiple locations that this is NOT a hospital, upon lab registration the rep confirmed that it was not a hospital and yet Sarasota Memorial HEALTH CARE CENTER billed hospital claims. There was no treatment nor admission, but I am billed with a hospital fee. Every bill and email says Sarasota Memorial Health Care, not hospital. The billing "advocate", Nicole E., even stated, "we get these calls all the time," but they are allowed to continuously deceive and swindle patients for more money. What a poor representation of "community healthcare"; I guess "caring, quality and innovation" must mean finding new ways to steal money from patients. Shame on SMH!

This hospital center is just south off Clark Rd - east of Honore and has plenty of parking. It’s a pleasure driving past the well-manicured lawns and majestic oaks. The center does lab tests, mammograms, bone-density assessments and lots more. There’s a gym and rehab center in the complex. It’s clean and professional and the staff are all very kind and helpful.

I had PT with Mike Hudson and lab and radiology services at this SMH location. They are the best!! Costumer service focused, efficient and effective services. I highly recommend!!

I took my 95 year old mom in for a chest x-ray today with no appointment- just orders put in by the doctor in the previous hour. While everyone we encountered was extremely kind and patient with us, the receptionist was particularly fabulous. Besides running to check for us as to how long a wait we should expect, when she noticed how cold mom was, she gave her a heated blanket. And our wait times were much less than expected. Thanks, SMH, for continued great service.

Place is run by people who don't know what they are doing. My doctor requested a sonogram for me. A week later I go to my doctors appointment for the results. They never received it. He called for the results and was told they couldn't give it to him that he has to fill out a request. He is the one who requested the test the idiots. I suggest to try another place.
