My recovery at SMH Care Center at Blackburn has been amazing. The staff is professional, on time and knows their stuff. I have found more strength and confidence since working with Nate and Kevin, my therapists. They pushed me to get stronger to get back on the golf course again. Courtney, at the front desk is great with all my scheduling needs and always has a ready smile for me.

I have had 8 physical therapy sessions here with Kevin and Nate for a frozen shoulder and I can’t thank them enough for their care. I’m able to use my arm much better now and will continue with the exercises they encourage me to do at home. Very professional and knowledgeable. Courtney the receptionist has a bubbly personality which eases the pain too when you walk in or call! Thank you.

Doctors and nurses are great, patience, kind and everybody makes you feel like first priority. The lab at this facility is absolutely the best! I moved to Sarasota but I still continue going to Blackburn Point.

You MUST have people writing you good reviews. I had to wait on hold to ask a question for 35 minutes, calling twice because the first time they hung up. When I did get a person she was rude. The women in their cubicles are pressed to be mildly nice. Sitting here for 40 minutes or so. None of the women are working in their cubicles. The redeeming factor was a great technician. Why was I scheduled down there when I live 1 mile from the hospital?

Amazing Experience. I was early for my 10:45 appointment but was still amazed that I had a mammography and bone density scan and was walking out by 10:50! Both tests were the best and fastest I've ever had. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable.

Tried to get lab order processed for 5 days. They can't talk to my doctor. The fax was sent days ago. I seem to be the go between and I am the patient. When it works, they are great but this is very frustrating.
