Recently had to switch to a new OBGYN for insurance reasons and this one was in network. The only positive part of my appointment was the lovely woman working at the front desk.

From the beginning, I was given a blood stained sheet to cover up with.
During my procedure, the nurse opened the door wide open TWICE while I had my feet up in the stirrups and I could clearly see down the entire hallway.
Dr. Kovacs was impatient and got visibly frustrated when I couldn’t provide immediate answers to her questions. During my colposcopy, she barely talked me through the procedure, rarely informing me what she was doing (including putting the speculum inside of me!)

I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Just moved to the area and was in need of a new obgyn so I made an appt. First, the network was down when I arrived (not their fault but still inconvenient). The nurse and the student Nurse Practitioner were both very nice and made me feel comfortable. The student NP did my whole exam before the NP came in the room. Immediately I felt the NP was not interested in me and had a very condescending tone. I felt like she didn’t care to hear my concerns, and when I asked her for certain bloodwork she basically just made me feel dumb and said that it wasn’t going to do anything anyway.

Also maybe not a huge deal, but they use a plastic speculum instead of medical grade stainless? I just thought it was a little weird and made for a more uncomfortable exam.

All this to say , I will definitely be finding a new provider who actually cares to listen to their patient and their concerns.

I had a great experience when I had my biannual check up last year but when I went back this year for my appointment, they had informed me my appointment was canceled with no notice other than paper mail which I did not receive. Because I don’t live too far away and happened to have the day off, this wasn’t a huge inconvenience but the woman working the front desk was very rude when delivering the message to me and in rescheduling my appointment. She dismissed my questions about scheduling with rude, condescending, and aloof “I don’t knows ” because she was in such a rush to close the window and for me to leave. I usually try to give administrative staff the benefit of the doubt but this staff member made zero efforts to show any sort of care for incoming patients in a “women’s health facility”…This medical office deals with a sensitive, sometimes nerve racking, specialty for patients and the front desk interaction did NOT make me feel welcomed or comfortable whatsoever. Good thing my appointment was canceled because the energy in this medical office was off-putting. I remember Dr. Shen to be a great doctor, friendly, energetic, and welcoming but the front desk staff are disappointingly unfriendly & rude and need to work on their attitude.

I've delivered 4 babies with the doctors here. For my last one I traveled an hour to make sure I could keep with this practice. Sometimes waits are long, but I feel that is to be expected when you are dealing with OB. I have never had to wait super long to the point of being upset. Doctors are very kind. One doctor called me after I had surgery at a different hospital to make sure everything went smoothly. I always recommend Dr.Chun to my friends that are local to Norwood.

The most worst hospitality. The doctors make you sit for more than 35 minutes even when you are scheduled and on time for your appointment. This happens on your every visit. I have been visiting every month since I am pregnant and there has been the same treatment.
Patients are here with limited time out of work and I value my time if you don’t care about yours. Someone needs to take responsibility for booking the appointments that don’t overlap and that there are not 4 different patients waiting to be seen at the same time.

Now that I am 36+ weeks, I have my visit every week. I am still facing the same problem where the doctors never show up on time and I end up waiting in the waiting area, then more than 30mins in the room for the doctor to see me.

Today, the doctor that I had my appointment with left the office in front of me for her personal work. That is absolutely ridiculous. The nurse then suggests me to either wait for an hour for the doc to return or reschedule my appointment. What type of facility is this where the patient is right in front of you but you just leave the office without attending them.

Someone really needs to work on this issue. Every review here is about the time management and doctors negligence.
Hire professional doctors who take their jobs seriously and respects the clock.

My primary referred me to this location for a biopsy. The front desk person was incredibly rude. She would not let me even speak or address my frustration of being told I had to wait 6 weeks for a first appt and schedule biopsy after that. I am not disputing or arguing their policy. Just where is the human aspect. I tried to explain I was a cancer survivor so being told I need a biopsy is a terrifying thing. I was unable to express this because she wouldn't let me speak and refused to listen. Zero respect or compassion. I wouldn't be seen here even if they offered me an appointment.
