I was referred here from a military Tri-Care referral. These guys were VERY polite and friendly, explained the process to me well, and set me up for a consult way quicker than I thought possible. I went through two sleep studies, and got my results promptly and all notes explained to me in detail, and I ended up qualifying for a CPAP machine. Mr. Aby came to my house in person in a 24 hour window, and set my machine up, explained how to use, and all applicable paper work, as well as all the no-cost replacement parts being sent to me. All in all a very streamlined and efficient experience, with all people from the initial appointment to final equipment drop off being very patient and taking the time to provide the best explanation and customer service experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just wow. I am rethinking the doc I use as a pulmonologist at this point for recommending this place. I got here last night 30 mins. before my appointment time. Jennifer, the tech, was just pulling up. She unlocked the door to let us both in. The place was HOT! She went to turn on the air. If a company is cutting corners to save money by keeping the air off during the day, I can tell you, it's a red flag. I was given some paperwork to fill out which took the time all the way up to my appt. time of 9 pm. On their website, it states there were private bathrooms in each room and a TV. I find out this is NOT the case. One out of the 3 "bedrooms" had a TV but since my doc is Dr. Anid, I can't have that room.

Then, I am told that I have a choice to either be woke at 4:30 am or 4:45 am! Are you kidding me? Why, I ask. I am told because Jennifer is going to want to get back to Zephryhills. Wow. Another red flag went up.

I asked for some water to take my prescribed sleeping pill. No water. She did find a warm one and one that was in the mini-fridge that was frozen solid. Seriously, I can't even get a drink here? I asked for a cup to fill up in the bathroom. No cups. Another red flag.

The WORST red flag. I was asked if I needed to use the restroom before I changed for bed. She walks me to the bathroom and picks up a 90% gone roll of toilet paper and I am told that this is all they have. I just sat there with my mouth hanging open. Then, I am told that there have been times that Jennifer, once the patients were asleep, LEFT the "sleep center" to go to a gas station to buy toilet paper.

That was it. Nope. Not trusting them with my sleep study, thank you very much. I will be calling my insurance company and letting them know about this center. It should NOT be in business.

FYI: the reviewer named Angie is an EMPLOYEE who seriously just got done telling me this morning, on a RECORDED call, that she was actively looking for another job.

This is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever seen. I was hooked up for the sleep study and left completely alone. I know I was alone because I had to remove everything myself and found there was no one there. They then lied about it. I literally could have died and they wouldn’t have known. They now called me to schedule another study without providing a reason why. The facility also looks like. $20 hotel room. Just really don’t even consider this place.
