Absolutely outstanding company. We had a sick family member moving home out of the hospital & we’re very anxious about care. They jumped on the project immediately on a Friday afternoon & had full time in home nursing service in place for Sunday morning arrival home. The nurses are fantastic. The customer service is fantastic. Absolutely amazing experience in a trying time for the family. Highly recommend using them.

We cannot praise Susan and her team enough for not only the quality, compassionate care they are providing to our parents, but for their partnership and guidance through this challenging time for our family. Having since engaged SKR we have not worried once about our parents welfare, and in fact our father’s health has improved. We are fortunate to have their support and that our parents are able to remain in the home they know and love during this difficult time of exploring long term care options for our parents. We wholeheartedly recommend SKR and each member of her nursing staff.

SKR is a top notch company! My father is in a memory care facility and required skilled nursing services above what the facility could perform. They set up an assessment immediately and worked with the facility and the doctor to get the appropriate orders. They took excellent care of my father. Highly recommend!

Needed a trusted, caregiver, licensed nurse or companion to take me to a drs office for a procedure where they only use twilight anesthesia so I was not able to drive home. I felt that a nurse could take vitals and confirm medications. I found SKR Home and Healthcare Solutions who were ready, willing and able. They do have actual nurses who can assist many different needs. Woman owned and Susan Riesenbach the President/Owner who is definitely a hands on owner. Was readily available for phone or text. The entire experience was pleasant from my first contact to the last. Lauren was the nurse and she was professional, patient, organized and calming. Thank you all at SKR!! Glad to refer

I have met with Susan and her exceptional nurses on many occasions. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and caring attitude toward their patients. I can't say enough about SKR and their nurse, Roxanne. They've been treating my father daily for the last 2 months. Roxanne came every day, even the last two with the hurricane to make sure he completed treatment on time. Thank you so much! They will be my first call if needed in the future!

In my opinion as both a health care provider as well as a former patient, SKR is an outstanding home health service provider. The care team stays in constant communication with the patient, the family, and the medical team from before hospitalization through settling in at home until services are tapered down to no longer needed. The nurses have gone above and beyond to ensure the patient is safe, secure, and comfortable, attending to all needs including advocating for better pain management and support with ADLs, and the owner personally checks in to ensure quality care is provided. I cannot recommend SKR highly enough, they have made caring for a loved one at home possible and positive. Thank you!
