Ordered 2 chairs over 3 weeks ago. Website states delivery in 5-7 business days. I have still yet to get my chairs. I was called shortly after and was told it was not in stock and if I wanted a different color. I chose to wait, however, I had to continually call and ask for updates, all I got was an apology and nothing else. Finally after I called it was "ready to be shipped that very day" So then I got a text for delivery, and I called to schedule for delivery. Well, guess what? Chairs still not here. When I spoke to the delivery company, they were rude, kept talking over me, and gave me the run around. Turns out chairs are still not here and I "should expect to receive them somewhere around 1/22/25 (so another 5 days). I hope these chairs are worth it, because their customer service is not!

Ziz is absolutely amazing! I deliberated over which spa bed to purchase. She listened to my needs and we found the right one, explained everything, provided discounts and complimentary accessories. She's incredible! If she sees that you call and she is on the phone, she calls you back right away. She never made me feel as if I was annoying her, she always made me feel like I had a friend out there, who would help me as needed. I will contact her again when I am ready to make another purchase. Ziz is HANDS DOWN the absolute best customer service agent I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She was so kind from beginning to end and listened to every word I said and didn’t make me feel like I was an annoyance. She was so helpful and answered every single one of my questions. Skin Act is unmatched. I purchased my spa bed, steamer, hot cabinet, sterilizer, and wax warmer from Skin Act. Although I purchased my items over 1 year ago, they still listen to my needs and help me resolve any issues. I’m glad I chose this place to purchase all my spa needs.

I am not a customer. I applied to a job here and when I received a call regarding the job, the person on the line lied and said they had the wrong number as soon as they heard my voice. It’s very unlikely that they had the wrong number because I don’t have a California area code and I applied to the Customer Service position a few days prior. THAT’S where I felt the prejudice.

Friendly staff, will welcome you with warm smile and will give you discount even sometimes they have promotions and sales they will still give you discounts. Almost everything is here for your DAY SPA and MEDICAL SPA, even the beauty and skin care products they have them here. Hopefully sooner they will introduce their new SUNSCREEN SPF 30 products.. 👍👍👍👍👍

Great company. I had a mechanical issue with my chair within 1 month of purchase and Ryan at the main office helped make sure my chair was fixed immediately. Herick and Carlos delivered the chair to me today - made sure everything was working and chair was tidy before they left. Thank you for your great customer service.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service Alex provided when I was having trouble with a steamer I purchased. He talked me through the issue and helped me troubleshoot. He also helped me to access our warranty information and quickly shipped out the piece we needed to quickly fix the remaining issue. Love my steamer and happy it'll be in perfect working order again shortly!
