My daughter was a patient of Dr. Skelley’s when she was at the Santa Rosa Medical Center. My daughter absolutely loved her! Mind you she’s 21 and doesn’t like to go to the doctor. She found doctors Skelley’s new practice and asked me to schedule an appointment. I’ve called her office twice during normal business hours and it always sends you to VM. I thought that was ironic that you can never speak to anyone and a VM answers. Her office is literally across the street from my subdivision, I was just going to pop in and attempt to make an appointment in person. However, I told the time to read these reviews and this is VERY disheartening. I will advise my daughter to read these reviews as well. Health care is overpriced as it is in this country but to be treated as the people have stated in these reviews is HORRIBLE! Needless to say my daughter will NOT be going here. Good luck to all that is trying to find a health care provider

Was very happy when Dr Skelley first opened her office and even overlooked the extremely rude receptionist that she still has. Since her “disappearance” and lack of office hours that Dr. Skelley actually works now, we are extremely disappointed. The lack of availability from Dr Skelley, inability to schedule an appointment with anyone in the office, continued rude receptionist and their refusal to refund a pre-paid procedure has led us to seek the services of a new doctor. Very disappointed in Dr Skelley.

I I’ve been seeing Dr Skelly for several years. Yes, in the beginning when they moved to Navarre, there were some bumps and issues to work out, as with any new business. I have never been treated with anything less than total respect by anyone in her practice. She has the upmost concern for her patients. I know it can be frustrating when you can’t get through to your doctor but they get very busy Especially during flu season. Every time I go in, it’s a little bit better. It’s just taken a little while to set up a new business. People need to have a little patience.

Communication from the office is non existent. I’ve tried to schedule an appointment via their portal, email, phone calls, and voicemail. Zero communication or messages have been returned. Same experience with requesting medication refills. I don’t understand how this medical group can be run without any administrative functions. Would NOT recommend.

My kids and I have been with Dr Skelly for about 5 years now and followed her to her new practice. There have been some bumps in the road here at the new office, but Dr Skelly has always been good to me and my family. She truly cares for her patients, and gives you the time and attention you need. I've also seen Charles Winfelder here and he's also been great

A friend referred me to Skelly for a Medical Marijuana license. The first experience, she was ice cold and barely spoke to me. She wouldn’t approve Flower because she said I had to try vapes, concentrates, & edibles first. They say that is not true while talking to other patients, dispensaries, and other MM Clinics. They also said that it shows up immediately once you have Flower added to your account. When I finally got approved Flower, it took 6 days to show up on my account after I paid for it. I called/emailed numerous times, but my concerns were ignored. Skelly never discussed MM with me. I almost OD on a vape, and I almost had to go to the ER. My heart was beating out of my chest, dripping with sweat, dizzy, & nauseous all at the same time. Then, about 1.5 mons after I paid for Flower, I got a bill from Skelly saying I owed $100. I called/emailed numerous times, but all were ignored. I called my friend, who referred me. I asked her personal experience. She says Skelly is nice & always engages with her. She said she paid $50 for Flower to be added. I asked if anyone answered when she called. She says it always goes to voicemail, but they always call her back. So, after another month, I got another bill for $50. So the first bill was $100, and now she’s sending me a $50 bill for an appointment I already paid for… Most unorganized office ever! This time, when I called, someone finally answered. I ask why I am being billed this, why you haven’t returned any of my calls/emails, & why my friend gets the red carpet treatment & I get the cold shoulder overcharged treatment. I told her I felt that she had discriminated against me & how unprofessional it is to not respond to your patients. She said it was a glitch in computer billing, and she couldn’t give one reason why my calls/emails were ignored. Skelly thinks since I am this tiny 4.11, tall Asian woman that, she can take advantage of me. If she treats her MM patients like this, I can’t even imagine how she treats her patients with actual health concerns, especially if they are a minority! Either Skelly discriminated against me, or she is the most disorganized, inhospitable, and unsympathetic human who has no business being a doctor.

Dr. Winfelder is great, I followed him from his last office, no two thoughts about it. However, this is the worst run medical facility I have ever been to. They will not call you back, even if you are in agony and need your medication. They will not fax over your script once they actually release it.....for several days. I have had to physically walk into the building to get a response from someone, twice. If you are horribly ill, already went to the "urgent care" to no avail, they give you an appointment in a week or refer you back to the urgent care. They took on too many patients and have to little staff to provide actual quality care. This is not what I would consider a family physician as you will NEVER be seen when you actually need to, just when you need a script renewed, and even then to get your meds its like pulling teeth......from a cat.

I had been with Dr Skelly with no problems until she moved to Navarre, Florida and I followed her there the first visit was good but the next one she scheduled me with another provider in her office. Then for some reason I didn’t get my medication so I tried calling the office but they stopped answering the phones and wouldn’t get back to me even a courtesy call by Dr. Skelly. This game went on for the next 2-3 months so I ha to drive over there. Dr. Skelly wouldn’t talk to means she was coming into the office stating it was her lunch time so she wouldn’t speak to me i was hospitalized just a week ago and my girlfriendlv called to let Dr. Skelly know and I was to see her within a week but I had a scheduled appointment but when I showed up on time just to be asked to leave and my appointment had been canceled and she stated to find another doctor with no letter, phone call nothing. Very dissatisfied
