Doctor Siurky Cifuentas is the worst pcp I have ever had. She is impatient and does not care for her patients. She is pessimistic and doesn’t seem to like her job. Terrible bed side manners. I have been with her for two years and With every issue I have presented to her , her only response is “your insurance isn’t going to cover that, you’re insurance isn’t going to cover that” she does not fight or advocate for her patients. she’s the type of doctor that you have to ask yourself.. why did you even become a doctor? If you don’t have a passion for helping people don’t do it. She’s there for a check and it shows. The staff is nice and friendly though.
Will finally be making the time to switch my pcp this month. ANYONE WOULD BE BETTER THAN HER. BARE MINIMUM doctor.

I imagine APRN Siurky Cifuentes at Doctors Medical Center in Naranja (Miami, FL) is a very good medical provider. I work in a related field and she’s well respected and recommended by clients.
But today, when I called to their office to make inquiries about the insurance plans she accepted, was answered by a person named José who lost his temper and was incredibly rude to me.
I don’t know if it’s only José or if it’s a belief shared by all their staff in general to believe that they have the right to be insensitive, rude, ill-mannered with clients, going so far as to hanging up the phone after “scolding” me! leaving me mid-sentence.
Unacceptable!! I don’t care if Siurky Cifuentes is the best Nurse Practitioner in Miami, in Florida, the USA or the whole world. I will definitely not visit and much less recommend a doctor or medical provider working in an office with such a bad service and disrespectful staff.

Es una excelente clínica, la Dtra Siurky Cifuentes muy profesional, muy buen trato, te atienden a la hora de tu cita, para el próximo año ellos no cogeran mi seguro y estoy sufriendo por tener q cambiar de clínica, la verdad creo cambiaré de seguro, recomiendo esta clínica y sobre todo a la Dtra 100 %
