Dr. Singh seemed to be very kind knowledgeable. He has a lot of patience and took the time to fully explain everything thoroughly. We did not feel rushed at any time, which is what i experienced with other doctors.

Dr.Singh is one the most caring and compassionate physicians I’ve ever met. He takes wonderful care of his patients and makes sure your concerns are heard. He never rushes you out of his office like most offices do. His office staff girls in the front are the sweetest, and very helpful. So glad to have Dr.Singh and his staff apart of my care team. 10/10 would recommend to all my relatives and friends.

Dr. Paramjit Singh is absolutely a five star doctor.
I’ve been going to him for 18 years and he has been nothing less than remarkable during that time. His bedside manner is impeccable, his treatment plan professional, he is extremely up to date and current. He is friendly, honest, prompt, caring, a leader in his field, and will refer you to a professional specializing in your area of concern if necessary. I’ve been to Stanford, UCSF, and CPMC but he is my go to doctor. His staff is friendly, informative, helpful and supportive as well. Chico is extremely fortunate to have his practice, quality care and expertise in our small town. Look no further than this review. You will be impressed.

Absolutely the worst doctor ever I do not recommend anyone to him. Please look elsewhere. My GP sent me to him for a carpal tunnel of my hand due to my hand feeling numb and when he was done testing me I asked him if what the results were and he said everything looks good for this exam your doctor sent you for. I said ok well what about my hand it still feels numb. His response was you were here for this test and I have completed it. Instead of helping me finding the problem he sent me my way. Well I will never recommend anyone to this man.
Not to say the receptionist was something else man. Now I must go all the way to Sacramento for my medical needs.

Dr. Singh is a caring and compassionate physician with serious med knowledge! I have been suffering from nerve pain for years and it is now gone! His office staff is a group of the most lovely people in the industry, they make scheduling an appointment a breeze! Best office in Chico, a wonderful staff and physician. Sad that people take medical doctors for granted. Also I can't imagine the amount of hate people harbor to slander an office staff that is simply doing their job (we know that you are the type of people who yell and scream at members of the service industry and then play victim). I have worked as a nurse and personally feel that medicine is a really thankless profession with insurances and a few upset referrals trying to ruin reputations. I think all patients should become self advocates, not cynics.

At first, I disliked my experience and didn’t reschedule appointments (my own issues) but then, a yr later I scheduled an appointment and that’s when I realized Dr. Singh actually is all about helping and understanding what’s going on inside your head. Brutally honest and allows you to be pro-active towards helping and understanding what you, as an individual needs to be asa part of society.

They do not know how to return a phone call. I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks! Furthermore, I have called everyday during their business hours, but I go straight to voicemail every time. Also, for my symptoms I had originally gone to the ER initially for and yet they do not seem bothered. Chico is a horrible place to have neurological issues due to the (limited) doctors and that they do not seem care about their patients. I have gotten more sympathy from the ER doctors thus far, which generally should say a lot.
